Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I bought this house because I love its historic nature, and its' location, quiet but just a couple minute walk from either Main Street and ski access. I call this area Old Town's "Sweet Spot", good warming sun, and easy proximity to all that makes Park City special.
The Unique Benefits at this
Guests to our house enjoy the radient heated floors, so nice on a cold winter day, a wood stove, steam shower, and the private hottub. Easy parking, and the almost no need to have a car due to its great location and Park City's great free transportation system.

Longtime locals Michael and Fonda LeClerc, purchased and remodeled this historic home that is on the national register of historic places. We are both professionally trained chefs and Michael is the Chef of 350 Main Brasserie, on Main Street, and Fonda runs Shopgirl Park City, which is a grocery, and private baking service. We love skiing and snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and of course cooking!
