Activities such as fishing trips, day trips to Culebrita and Luis Peña Cays, as well as snorkeling and diving excursions, can be arranged for pick-up at the dock.

My husband and I stayed here in July 2007. It was one the nicest rentals we had ever stayed in. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool has a swim up bar. The staff was very nice. Just a nice place to stay. The Island itself was the most beautiful place we have ever been. Cant wait to go back
Owner response:Thanks for the review. The title of you review ("Peace on Earth") can not be more appropriate! Hope you come back!

Culebra is one of the most beautiful places I have ever vistited. The property was beautiful, and the room was very clean. The owner, Carlos, was very professional, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. When hurricane Irene hit, he kept in touch, and made sure to refund us the night that we were not able to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this property, and stay here again.

Costa Bonita is on my experience (I have been visiting Culebra for the last 31 years) the most beautiful place to stay in Culebra. Breathtaking views. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The first thing I liked about the place was how close it is to the entrance, bar/restaurant and is right by the pool. It is not a hotel or resort there for it was quiet and perfect!!! The restroom is very spacious and the AC is a miracle worker! It had everything we needed to have a wonderful honeymoon the worst part was having to leave. Me and my husband bought coffee, bread and butter at the local store and waking up in the morning brewing that coffee making some toast and sitting at the porch was wonderful & peaceful, every morning there was a bunch of peacock just hanging by the pool area and it was beautiful. There is a little pond right by the Condo before the pool and to see the turtles was a delight. The hot tub was not working or the pool bar but honestly it is so hot in Culebra you don’t need it and the bar well you can always go to town and enjoy the locals or the bar right there at Costa Bonita is wonderful. Can’t wait to be back!

My boyfriend & I stayed in Culebra the week of April 18th - 24th, 2010. This Villa was clean, decorated nicely, & comfortable. Carlos, the owner, was responsive & pleasant to deal with, & getting settled in was a breeze. We were able to cook our own meals when we wanted to, & sitting out on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee was wonderful. The view of the pool area & the vista beyond the pool were beautiful. A cooler, 2 beach chairs & beach towels are provided with this unit, very convenient! The pool was awesome. We had a lot of interaction with the staff in the outdoor/covered bar & restaurant (which is gorgeous). Edwin, Julie, & Michele (the owner of the restaurant) were very kind & accommodating. The food was delicious & the drinks/beer were plentiful. Sitting at a table near the railing at night (stargazing) was quite comfortable. The pool and bar/restaurant areas are beautiful & well kept. It was quiet and peaceful. I'm not sure why it isn't a busier place because it was so nice. After we booked the villa, I noticed there were some adverse reviews of the resort and we became a little nervous. Some people complained about the condition of the roads that lead to Costa Bonita, but I can tell you that a lot of the roads on the island were like that. There were also complaints about the sewage system. Culebra is a small island. We got the impression that they are working on developing their infrastructure to accommodate a higher rate of tourism to the area, but there are those opposed to further development. You just need to be conscious of the challenges the island is experiencing and watch what is flushed. Most restaurants and bars we visited advised against flushing even toilet paper. In our minds, it was a small inconvenience. Culebra isn't as developed as some of the other islands, but that's part of it's charm. Quite honestly, it was the most beautiful island I've ever been to. The beaches are amazing, the view from the hills is incredible, and the people are friendly. Costa Bonita is near Zoni Beach, our favorite! Flamenco Beach is usually mentioned as the most beautiful beach on the island, and it is beautiful, but it is also much busier. Needless to say, we were very pleased with our accommodations and the location. We cannot comment on the conditions of any of the other units (we believe they are individually owned), but highly recommend this one.

We loved this place. The apartment's location is the right mid-point between Flamenco beach and Zoni beach. Having our own private kitchen was great and practical. We were given beach towels and things we could take to the beach such as chairs and coolers. We had a great view of the infinity pool and the greenery/ocean view that surrounds this place. Making the reservation was really easy and both the owner and his assistant made the entire process hassle-free. Thank you!! As far as Culebra goes, it is an extraordinary place with the most beautiful, warm & turquoise water, white sand beaches I have ever been. Gorgeous! Zoni was our absolute favorite.
