  This was our first time renting a house for our family vacation. We usually stay in a hotel, but after staying here that's all going to change in the future! After reading the reviews we kind of knew what to expect to take with us and for whatever questions we had (which were quite a few), we emailed the owner and she provided a quick response with the answer to all of them. She made our first time renting a great experience because she was so helpful. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies that we needed and the BBQ was a great asset. Once you got the kids settled in bed after visiting the parks all day, it was really nice to just throw something on the grill and not have to worry about cleaning up a mess in the kitchen. It saved us money by not having to eat out all the time. The pictures on the website are exactly the same as the house. Everything the owner has listed is in the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was very well kept and clean. There were plenty of towels for everyone and they even provide separate towels for the pool. The covered pool area was very spacious and the pool was absolutely great (just make sure you read about the pool alarms before you go out the back doors, they are very loud). There was a basket of pool toys and floats in which we also found arm floaties we were able to use for my 5 year old which made his pool time even more fun and put our minds at ease (We didn't even think about things like that, but they did!). Like the other renter said it was about a 20 minute drive to Disney, but it is very much worth it and you don't really even notice the drive cause the home is in a more secluded area, which is more peaceful at nighttime. It's been almost two weeks since we left and we wish we were still there! I would highly recommend this property for any future guests and will also plan on renting again in the future.   The house was immaculate, spacious, had everything you would ever need. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with trees and bushes, and yet close enough to shopping and attractions. The pool was perfect for our family, swimmers and non swimmers, as it did not have a deep end. Grandparents and grandchildren played volleyball in the pool. We loved the surrounding pool area, and eating outdoors, we cooked or just brought a pizza home. Renting this house worked out much better for us than staying in several rooms at a hotel. We would highly recommend the house, and we will return.

  The house is nice about 20 minutes from Disney. When we arrived at the house the pool roller was broken (weather rotted) and we did not have any pool heat which we paid for. We called the managment company about the heat. The pool man came out the second day we were there and told us that he had already put in a work order for the pool roller and they would need a whole new unit for the heat. We spoke to the owner about this and she said they would figure out some kind of reimbursement. Needless to say we were not able to use the pool at all during our two week stay. When our Security Deposit was returned they credited us for the pool heat but deducted money for the pool roller which we did not break! I informed the owner that we didn't break the pool roller and what the pool man had said about he already (before our stay) placed a work order. I then asked her if I could get a copy of the work order and/or an invoice showing the cost/date of the repair which I am still waiting for. The plus side is that they charge so much less than other properties, the house is nice, and they take pets."

  Owner response: We make every attempt to address anomalies such as the pool heater failing as soon as they are discovered. The pool man furnished incorrect information to our guests. The management company is local and very responsive; we have since encouraged the management company to speak to third parties about the validity of information given to guests. This guest is correct in the fact that the house is very nice and priced for families. This is a direct quote from the guests to us. "We definitely will consider your villa again for our future trips to Disney World".

  The house is exactly as in the pictures and floor plan.. give or take a throw pillow or 2. There was nothing we looked for that we didn't find in the way of kitchen suplplies. The add didn't say the rental included a gas grill, but one quick e-mail to the owners and they had the management company deliver one! The house is clean and bright. The pool was great, the kids really enjoyed being able to swim after a busy day of amusement parks and walking. Being able to eat breakfast and most dinners at *home* was a great way to make our $$ go a little farther. The area is very quiet, a nice change from the hectic pace of the parks, and while it is rural, the drive to most attractions is relatively short. About 20 mins to Disney and 30 to Universal.. depending on traffic. This was our first time renting a home and we would definately rent again.. especially this house. There were a few things we would of liked to have know before hand, though it wouldn't of changed our decision to rent. We knew we would need to supply our own dish/laundry detergent bathroom tissue etc. and of course take care of the day to day business of the house (putting out the garbage etc) But there was only 1 garbage bag provided.. next time I woud bring 1-2 extra from home rather than have to buy a whole box (we used shopping bags that didn't really fit well in the can). Also there were 6 of us on vacation , and we had to use all 5 of the beds, plus enough towels for everyone to shower and swim for the week. At the end of the week you are only permitted to leave 2 loads of laundry without being charged, so we actually ended up having to do laundry on the morning we checked out.as 2 king size sheet sets , 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single are more than 2 loads. No problem , but it would of been nice to know the rules about extra charges up front instead of finding out once we got there. I would most definately recommend this house to friends and family (and have).. and would return in a heartbeat myself.

  My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at your home. The amenities were more than adequate. After spending our days shopping at the near by outlet malls (great by the way!) and running around Disney Park, the backyard patio, pool and spa were a welcome treat! We look forward to returning!   stayed here august 16th thru the 23rd. we got hit with hurricane Fay which rained for 4 straight days, thank god for the pool as it kept the kids entertained for the week. i will definately plan on being back as it was just a beautiful place to stay. thanks for letting us use your home.
