Located in Kailua-Kona village at the Kona Reef. This condo is very spacious, truly oceanfront condominium with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other a queen-size, two full baths.Fully equipped with stereo and TVs. Large lanai with an absolutely spectacular ocean view.
Just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and activities. Covered parking, security provided, and elevator.
This unit is an end unit facing the water, with a wide lanai within 70 feet of the ocean to view the whales, dolphins, or the Ironman Swimmng event. The unit also overlooks the swimming pool.Which is salt water filtered
There is a nice sandy beach adjoining the Kona Reef to play at.
The complex is well cared for, and has a nice covered pavillion with bbq,s, and spa. Great for socializing. Your whole family will love their holiday here.

This property is everything promised and more. Well maintained with high end finishes such as granite and stainless steel appliances, we comfortably slept 4 plus an infant in the two bedrooms. The location is ideal for walking to shops, farmers market and dining as a low traffic side street will take you to the middle of downtown in about a 5 minute walk. The pool and facilities were spotless and a great place for the family to relax. The view from the lanai was breathtaking, guests must take advantage of the photo-op sunsets! The managers were very accommodating with our infant and provided playpen, highchairs etc. We highly recommend this property to family and friends and plan to return ourselves as soon as possible. Mahalo!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This condo was a great place to spend a week on the Big Island if you want to be walking distance to Kailua town, hear the ocean all day and night, and have a relaxing lanai from which to watch amazing sunsets. The unit was clean, very attractively furnished, and comfortable for four (one of whom slept on the sleeper couch). I would definitely rent it again.
