The house was big and beautifully furnished, the pool was wonderful, the Clubhouse offered a lot for the kids, and Windsor Hills was just as close to Disney as promised. I also found everyone to be very friendly and helpful, from the management company to the people at the entrance gate and Clubhouse. Even the pool guy was courteous. Windsor Hills is about 2 miles from Disney World. 15 to 20 minutes to Sea World & Universal Studios. 1 to 3 hours drive to Florida's most beautiful beaches like Coco Beach. There are Award winning Golf courses are within few minutes from the home please email me to see a list of the courses.

The home is professionally decorated for comfortable family gatherings large or small. The home has many special touches like granite counter top in the kitchen, painted walls, lush bed covering, exquisite décor, ceiling fans on the lower level & a game room. There is a T.V. with DVD player in every room, the home is outfitted with High Speed Wireless Internet Access. Each room has it's own bathroom, with a hair dryer & plenty of fresh towels. You can pack light as there is a washer, dryer & an iron in the garage.
There is a private pool that is South Facing for maximum sun exposure, with extended pool deck & serene covered lanai. It is a favorite spot in the home. The backyard is large for maximum privacy with no neighbors adjacent to the back of the pool. A huge park with play equipment & walking trail is located right across the front yard. It is few minutes walk to Windsor Hill Resort's zero entry pool for the little ones and entertainment area for the big kids. There is a gym, a small private theater, hot tub, electronic games or you can rent equipment to play outdoor sports like basket ball tennis etc.
There are many ways mum & grandmother can enjoy a luxurious holiday while dad & grandfather are entertaining the kids at the little movie theater at the Club House. The management company can arrange a message for you at the home, a chef can come and prepare your meals or have meals delivered to the home. Or you can rent a BBQ from the management company. There are many markets close by that sell prepared foods and fresh fruits and vegetables daily.

- This is home less than 2 miles to Disney World, has a south facing private pool with security netting around the pool. With a large backyard and a front yard. Free High Speed Wireless internet throughout the home, a Games Room. Two king size beds. Ceiling fans on all lower level bedrooms. Located in Windsor Hills Reserves, gated community,a resort. with a Lagoon Pool, a movie theater, a Gym room, basketball, tennis courts etc., small parks for children to play. There are two king size beds, one queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed and 4 twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped to cook a great meal. But there are several take out restaurants near by.

Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills
We rented a home through our management company one summer & fell in love with the resort at Windsor Hills. So we waited for the perfect plot and build a home here. It is a family friendly, secure place, add to this it is very Centrally located to any park the kids want to go to. We have gone to beaches on both coasts and come back in as a day trip. We could see our child spending summer holidays in this place. Our repeat guests say the same thing because their kids claim our home as their own holiday home. What could be better than that?
The Unique Benefits at this home with private pool
It is truly our second home. We love going down there, waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee out by the pool under the covered lanai. It is so serene and quiet, you can watch the hot air balloons sail by. The kids absolutely love all the activities in the resort, even the teenagers plan their day around the movie playing in the mini theater at the Club House.
The most common compliment we get is, "The kids did not want to leave the home even to go to the Parks" and that is truly how we all feel. That home just has a comforting feel about it just want to sink in the bed or sofa or the chair by the pool and just stay there.

We are very blessed & busy parents of three wonderful kids. Our other children include two canine kids, Golden Retriever & mixed German Shepherd, 3 wonderful old angel fish, a stray cat & many birds who demand to be fed every morning. We volunteer for softball, soccer, band & once a month book club for big people-- no kids allowed!
We love providing the most comfortable vacation home with exceptional customer service to our guests. We feel blessed to have our home occupied 99% last year & almost booked for 2009, with just fun families like ours from all over the world.
I am a stay at home (I often wonder which silly person came up with that phrase?)
