Hi Jo! We had a very pleasant stay at your house. We arrived to a very clean, and a house in perfect order. You had described the house very accurate, and the house exceed our expectations. We was only a family of four from Norway, so we had plenty of space. The house was in one of the most attractive location at Winsor Hills, with south facing pool gives sun at all times at the pool-area. That was important for us. The game room was very useful when we had heavy rain in two days. The wifi was fast and stable. We thank you for a very good communication. You are very serious, and it was a pleasure renting your house. Also the management company was helpful and very pleasant too communicate with. Easy check in. All in all we had a great holiday in this house, and we recommend it strongly to everyone considering Orlando. Windsor Hills is a great resort and very safe and well taken care of. It’s beautiful. If we are going too Orlando once again I will contact you if it’s possible to rent your hose again. We treated the house with respect and I hope this is the feedback you will get from your managment company as well. Whish you and yours all the best. Everything about this house exceeded my expectations. It is large, very clean, and well decorated. The furniture is comfortable and the house is well equiped with all of the kitchen items necessary to cook. The pool is a godsend for kids and ours spent the majority of the time we were not at Disney World in it. The Wifi doesn't work very well but I understand that is because there is only one feed for the entire complex. Traffic wasn't even as much of a problem as we anticipated because the house is so close to the park. If you want a house away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds where you can relax and prepare your own meals, this is it.

" Jo, we have been coming to Orlando to attend an annual conference now for 8 years. We have stayed in rental homes for 6 of those years and this was by far the nicest home we have rented. It is nicely decorated, clean and has all the amenties you would need. We have always liked the Windsor Hills community because of it's comfortable size and it's location to everything you would need. We will continue to stay in this location and hopefully the same house for future conferences. We, all nine of us, had a wonderful time in Florida. Renting your home was the best choice we made. It is beautiful, had everything we needed and was so close to our Disney locations and all the services we needed. We certainly enjoyed the five lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone had their own space and yet we were able to spend quality time together at meals and at the end of the day. The girls even braved the chilly air to swim in the heated pool a couple of mornings. We recommend that any family coming to the Disney area look into renting your home to make their stay the very best. Beautiful home away from home. Pool was "AWESOME" according to my 12 year old granddaughter and the rest of our family totally agreed. My husband and I spent our honeymoon 50 years ago in Florida and couldn't have spent our 50th anniversary vacation at a more comfortable home. THE 5 bedrooms and baths suited our familys needs, the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed as I am the head chef. The garage game room with its pool table, ping pong table and air hockey became a competitive battle ground. We made use of the grill for a Sunday cookout when friends who live in Florida dropped by for a visit. The close proximity to Interstate 4 offers great access to all the major amusement parks. The eateries, shopping and grocery stores were just minutes away. The clubhouse pool and all the extra activities offered there was an added plus and within easy walking distance from the house. If you are a golfer Mystic Dunes Golf course is less then 1/2 mile from the Windsor Hills maingate. I found the on-line description for the Ultimate Vacation Home to be completely accurate. Check-in was easy, everyone courteous and helpful and when I experienced a problem with the washer I called the rental agent and the problem was taken care of within hours. The owner of the Ultimate Vacation Home was wonderful to work with, I was kept informed to any inquiry I made on-line. My family and I especially enjoyed Kobe Restaurant (Hibachi) and of course, the Rainforest Restaurant at Downtown Disney. Whenever we come to Florida we look forward to the Airboat ride at Boggy Creek, is was fabulous. I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone and anyone who wants wonderful memories of time spent in Florida. We've been to Florida 21 times in the last 50 years, first time at this home and should we return to Florida this is definitely the home we will return to.

After travelling for nearly 20hours from the uk I have to say it was a pleasure to walk through the door and see the beautiful villa with lots of room and very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent we took full advantage of them. I can't praise this villa enough as it was close to everything highway 92 took you to where ever you wanted to go. Having Walmark so close was a bonus as well. Would reccomend this property to anyone and will definatley be back myself in the near future.

Like many families this was their very first time renting a self-catered villa. Having traveled to other countries with very young children we know how important it is to have all information in hand before leaving. I want to take the opportunity to recommend this beautiful vacation home in Kissimmee, FL. This is a lovely 5 bedroom & 5 bathroom home with a private pool & hot tub. The property is located with a gated community with a clubhouse & game room for the children & community pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there! My family had an awesome time at this house. It was very private because of the large backyard. The pool and jacuzzi were great. It was always nice to come home to after long days at the parks. It was very close to Disney and Universal as well as Sea World. The house was as beautiful as the pictures showed on the internet. The game room was awesome for the kids (and adults) - with the option of pool (which easily converted to ping pong) and air hockey. We were also able to fairly easily rent a grill for the week. We loved it!!!

We stayed in this home Nov. 11-17th, 2007. There were 2 families with a total of 9 people and there was plenty of room for all. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the heated pool and game room were a bonus! The pictures are exactly what we saw when we arrived and the house was so clean. I dont think you could be any closer to Disney. Its a lovely home and we will never stay at a motel/hotel again. Thanks for everything. We had a great time.
