This newly decorated, three year old condo has direct boating access to the gulf and the intercoastal. You can enjoy fishing or restaurant hopping while docking your boat out your lanai door. For a relaxing afternoon, try lying at the condo pool or over the bridge to the public Englewood beach,(margaritas at the Lock and Key are wonderful after a day of sunning!).
The absolute best is waking up to the beautiful waterfront setting nature has provided right out your back door, having breakfast on the lanai then spending the day at Boca Grande. After, head back home for a few drinks and appetizers at the pool or your lanai, then to Farlows on the Bay for dinner and local entertainment.
Keeping the kids busy will not be hard, (I have three) they can swim to their hearts content in the pool or at the beach, play miniature golf or canoe/kayak at captain Marions, just down the street.
Shopping galore in Venice is just a short drive, while the guys in your life schedule some deep sea fishing for the day. With so many fun things to do, you will fill a week or two with wonderful activities(or none at all!).
