Our 950 sq ft. 2 BED, 2 BATH (1 w/STEAM SHOWER )CONDO,located apporx 80 miles from DENVER AIRPORT, is ready for your winter vacation time. SKI-IN,SKI-OUT from our condo to SOLVISTA family ski hill. We hope you will find time to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, only a 20 minute drive from our condo. Stop at GRAND LAKE for live theater and dinner. Other family fun areas are: WINTER PARK ski hill,restaurants,shopping; YMCA SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH, both about 15 min.from our condo.
WINTER: CROSS COUNTRY & DOWNHILL SKI,Hiking,snowmobile in the park.
SUMMER/FALL: rafting, golfing, horse back riding, or just relax and read a good book at the pool in the Colorado sunshine.
We have fully REDECORATED and REFURNISHED our condo. The condo has a MASTER BEDROOM SUITE,with full bath, a SECOND BEDROOM with TWIN BEDS, and a three quarter bath with a fantastic "STEAM SHOWER". The LIVING ROOM has a gas fireplace, QUEEN SIZE SOFA SLEEPER. The KITCHEN is supplied with EVERYTHING you will need, EXCEPT THE FOOD AND THE COOK!
