Enjoy your vacation from home, in our lovely 3 bedroom home in Arrowhead Lakes Gated Community. We are conveniently located near Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Camelback, Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run State Park and the Crossing Outlets.
Our home is well maintained, and clean. With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this home is the perfect size. There is a wood burning stove in the living room as well as a pull out queen size sofa bed. All TVs have cable. There is also a basement, with ping pong and foosball for the kids to hang out in. The front deck is wrap around, and there is an enclosed sun porch in the back of the house.
Arrowhead features two lakes with 4 beaches, and 3 swimming pools. There is also a tennis court, basketball court, tubing on-site, as well as different activities all the time. Of course there are many quiet evenings for those that just want the peace and quiet.
Rental Rules: You simply need to supply all linens and towels. We require a refundable security deposit. If there are no problems, the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Arrowhead requires renters over the age of 6 to purchase amenity badges from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Weekly badges are $25.00 per person, and daily badges are $7.50 per person. Renters must also purchase a gate pass, for $25 per vehicle to access the community. |
