and rear entry.
Rental age is 25 and older. For Football Weekends we offer a flat rate rental price. Come in early or stay a few days after the game.
Football Weekends for 2007 are 9/01 - Western Carolina, 9/15 - Arkansas, 9/22 - Georgia, 10/06 - Houston (Homecoming), 10/20 - Tennessee, 11/03 - LSU, and 11/17 - Louisiana-Monroe.
Our condo is also available as a furnished rental daily, weekly, or monthly/semester based throughout the year.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$500-$1200/week, stay up to 4 nights, obo before game time
A $200 deposit must be placed to hold your reservation with full payment due
30 days before arrival. The $200 will become a security/damage deposit and will be
refunded after you vacate and management cleans the apartment.
If you wish to rent monthly the rate does not include electricity or linens
This rate is not available during the fall.
We accept Paypal, Checks and Money Orders.
