The property is easily accessible from Highway 50. Approximately 75 minute drive from Reno airport or a 90 minute drive from the Sacramento airport. Located 7 miles East from Sierra at Tahoe and 7 miles West from the world famous Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. 30-40 minutes from Kirkwood. 15 minute drive to Beaches where you can go Boating, Kayaking, Sailing or just outdoors while dining and listening to live music. Just 15 minutes from Stateline Casino's where you can gamble, go to a spa, Gondola ride or experience fabulous shopping.
Within less than a mile from the house there is a Public Golf course and a Snowmobile Rental facility. Grocery shopping is within walking distance. Cycling is very popular around the whole area and there are many rental facility's nearby. The most beautiful hiking trails in the world are easily accessible all around the Lake Tahoe area.
