week (No Cleaning Fee). MO sales tax of 7.975% and 3% lodging tax also required.
Deposit less 30% service charge refunded if cancellation notice
received 30 days in advance. For 2-3 day rental - $145 deposit
required. For 4-7 day rental - $290 deposit required. Balance due
at check in.

Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend
The complex we purchased in is brand new which is pretty rare in the area it's located so that was a big factor for us. We purchased this unit mainly for family and friends to be able to stay close to our home so the location is key.
