An Amazing Holiday!!!

We have stayed at this lovely villa on a couple of occasions now and it always lives up to its high standard! A wonderful pool area to enjoy, while my golf mad boyfriend plays a round on the fantastic golf course! The location was perfect not far from many lovely restaurants and shops and lots of places to explore on each visit we've made so far. This villa is home from home and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing enjoyable stay.... We can't wait to go back!

This was to be not only my first trip to Florida but also my first Villa holiday and as such, I was a little anxious to say the least. Thankfully my concerns were not to be realised. This is a wonderful Villa. I stayed with my partner and our four children and there was more than enough space to accommodate all of us and for us "grown ups" also to enjoy space of our own. On arrival everything was in place and ready for our stay. The Villa was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated throughout in a pleasing neutral colour scheme. Everything had been thoughtfully provided to ensure our stay would be as comfortable and hassle free as it could be. The Villa itself is located in a quiet cul de sac on the Hernando Oaks gated community, a mix of holiday Villas and residential properties. All the gardens were extremely well manicured and the properties beautifully maintained and the community itself offered a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The Villa itself backed onto the golf course where I enjoyed a rare opportunity of a relaxing glass of wine by the poolside whilst the children played happily in the heated pool and where I was often rewarded by the sight of golfers working hard on the fairway! Brookesville itself, a mere few minutes drive away, offered many amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, Banks etc so we did not feel isolated and I did not have to spend my holiday cooking for 6! I would heartily recommend this Villa for either a relaxing stay or alternatively, as we did, to visit the theme parks which were close enough but we were also far enough away to participate in other activities such as Homosassa Springs which was a joy for nature lovers as all of us were able to interact with indigenous wildlife and the enthusiasm of the volunteers who maintained the park was completely contagious! Please book this Villa. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Top marks to Lesley and John, your customer service and communication was exemplary. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Before reading my review, i will share with you that i am a very fussy person. My husband and i were extremely comfortable in this beautiful home, it was the next best thing to being in our own home. The house was clean and very organised, we also had the pool heated which made swimming enjoyable. The owner was professional and pleasant to deal with i give this home 10 out of 10. We plan on a longer stay next year!

Just wanted to let you know what a lovely time we had on our holiday in your villa. We were very impressed with it and would definitely recommend it to others. I loved the fact that the pool area was not overlooked just so peaceful out there. Location was perfect as we had family just down the road, but for others the villa is close to plenty of supermarkets, restaurants. A little bit of travelling is needed if you want to go to parks, but having the right villa compensates for travelling. A big thank you to John and Lesley for the professional service given to us.

I stayed at this Villa with my partner and our four collective children. The accommodation was exactly as described. The decor was light, airy and very tasteful. The Villa offered all the necessary equipment to enjoy a relaxing, worry free holiday. We all enjoyed the heated pool immensely, especially the children, where us adults also unwound on the patio area whilst enjoying a cold glass of wine and the sweeping views of the fairway. The Villa is ideally located in a quiet corner of the manicured gated community of Hernando Oaks. We were close to shops, superstores, restaurants and Banks and had everything at hand. The coast is just a short drive away with views across the ocean and with fishing inlets where we were also lucky enough to spot a wild alligator! There are also local attractions that I would recommend including Homosassa Springs where you can see the manatee and other examples of the wonderful Floridian wildlife. Also, Tarpon Springs, a lovely little Greek village, where you can sample delights such as Baklava and the locally fished shrimp. Lesley and John are a credit ensuring this Villa has everything anyone could want or need for a relaxing holiday in Florida. Their customer service is second to none as is their communication. This is definitely a "must stay" holiday retreat. Close enough to the theme parks but far enough away also to enjoy the true Floridian culture. We will definitely return to this wonderful Villa!

What a fantastic villa, we had a lovely time staying here on our two week holiday. It was exactly how it was described in the description if not better! It was clean, bright and airy with a lovely interior design.We had a relaxing time using the heated pool and having drinks on the patio area. The location is in a quiet corner of the road and backs onto the golf course with views looking out onto the sweeping fairway. All the properties are immaculate on this gated community. We were not far from shops,superstores, restaurants, and banks, and only a short drive to the sea. There are local places of interest and I would recommend Homosassa Springs where you will see the Manatee and other wonderful wildlife, also Tarpon Springs the little local Greek Village a must to go and try the Shrimp and Baklava. All in all this villa is a "must stay" accommodation and a credit to Lesley and John for making our holiday a special one. So in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll be back!!

We stayed at the villa in Nov. 09, we had such a lovely time. So relaxing , home away from home. It is exactly as the pictures show. We had the pool heated , was a perfect time. It is conveniently located . John and Lesley were so easy to deal with and they refunded all of our deposit in a very timely manner. We look forward to staying at the Villa again and would recommend it without hesitation.

We just wanted to write and say thank you for our wonderful stay in your beautiful villa in Brooksville. The villa is wonderfully presented, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was such a relaxing holiday - my husband really enjoyed the golf and I enjoyed sitting by the pool, watching the golfers go by! A great location, with lots of opportunity to explore - we look forward to staying again!
