Our brand new luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom golf home (sleeps up to 8 people) is situated in the executive gated community of Hernando Oaks on the outskirts of Brooksville. The villa is fully furnished and equipped for all your needs, and is very spacious with 1880 square feet of air conditioned living space. To the rear the extensive screened deck with lounging area and private heated pool which overlooks the 4th fairway and green of the championship golf course Hernando Oaks.
The spacious open plan living area consists of a large lounge with sliding doors which open out onto the pool deck, an alcove dining area with table and chairs. The lounge contains two large sofas and a chair with ottoman, side tables and lamps, a large wide screen 42” plasma TV and DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer with automatic ice-maker and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal etc. Kitchen nook has a table and chairs. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The master suite has a king size bed and has views overlooking the golf course and door leading to the pool area with en-suite bathroom with twin vanity unit, large tub bath, large walk-in shower cubicle and separate toilet. The second bedroom, which has a queen sized bed and access to our Jack and Jill bathroom with vanity unit, bath with shower and toilet and our bedroom 3 is twin-bedded and shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and is situated at the front of the property and has it’s own bathroom with vanity unit and bath with shower and toilet.
The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. Cable television is provided in the lounge. There are 2 hair dryers, sufficient towels (including pool towels), bed linen, cooking utensils, glasses and crockery etc. to cater for all your needs. Telephones are located in the lounge and master bedroom.
The screened pool deck overlooks the golf course and has sun loungers, patio table and chairs. The heated pool has lighting, deep end seating, waterfall feature and gradually slopes to the deep end which is 5ft deep at the maximum. The lanai - a covered area that provides shade and protection from the hot sun in the summer. The villa has a BBQ available for entertaining during the warm nights around the pool. Safety features include smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Child safety screen is provided around the pool area.
There is a large double garage with an electrically operated door.

We are John & Lesley Hector and we live in the UK We just love going on holiday with all our family and thats what is important to us - happy families! We like nothing better than sitting round the pool deck with a beer or two talking the night away and watching the sun go down.
Why the Owner Chose Brooksville
We started to vacation in Florida when our children were very small and fell in love with the easy and relaxed way of life. We have travelled all over Florida from the Keys to Miami and then across to the Gulf of Mexico, plus of course Disney and the Orlando area. We like Brooksville as it is a quite home town, with plenty of open spaces, plus we are not too far from the beach and the airport is only 40 minutes away. There is everything you need within easy reach. We just love it!

The Hernando Oaks community are a very friendly bunch, just join them all at the club house on a Friday night, there is always live music and lots of fun to be had!
