The unit is located in Red Hawk Lodge on the Southwestern side of the building for a direct view of Dercum Mountain and the River Run ski slope and village.
This ground level unit is ideal for those who just want to relax after a hard day of skiing and take in the view. This property is beautifully furnished and very comfortable for a group of 4. A cozy living room with a huge gas log fireplace makes this condo feel just like home. The best part is unloading the gear from the car. Being a ground level unit, there is no hassle with waiting for elevators and making multiple long trips to the garage. Simply pull up to the curb outside and make it easy on yourself....THEN go park in the garage!
Kitchen - The full size kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal for your group. The kitchen is modern and open to the living room so that the cook will not be left out of the conversation. Standard items are already stocked: All pots & pans, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, range, microwave, toaster, and fridge/freezer.
Living Room - The living room is efficiently laid out with plenty of room for everyone. There is a TV with DVD player and a gas log fireplace to make your evenings more enjoyable. A queen sofa sleeper is equipped in the living room. A full mountain view just outside is a big bonus in this particular property.
Bedroom - The bedroom is located right off the main living room and features a queen bed and TV. Extra pillows, a humidifier, iron and ironing board, and extra closet space are available for guest use.
Outside Patio - The best part of this property is the outside patio. Being a ground level condo, you can sit an enjoy the view from your patio. This also makes for easy loading and unloading of gear from the car.
Bathroom - The bathroom is equipped with a full tub and shower. Also supplied is a built-in hairdryer so you don't have to bring your own.

Red Hawk Lodge is located on the Eastern side of River Run Village, yet only 150 yards from the ski lifts. It's so close to the lifts, that people skiing just for the day PAY to park where this complex is located so they too can walk to the ski lifts! Red Hawk Lodge in Keystone offers breathtaking views in all directions and is one of the nicest properties available. Situated right off the popular bike path, it is easy to bike down the valley to Lake Dillon or go the other way up into Montezuma. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs with a perfect slope view along with a full fitness center, gas grills for having your own BBQ and underground heated parking.
Walk to slopes - Red Hawk is one of the closest places to the ski lifts without having to pay the high prices of ski-in / ski-out lodging. You are literally about 150 yards to the River Run Gondola from the front door of Red Hawk.
Bike Path - In the summer months, the bike path runs right next to Red Hawk Lodge and allows access to all the features of the Keystone Valley. Follow the bike path all the way down the valley to Lake Dillon, the town of Dillon, the town of Frisco and eventually to Breckenridge if you're feeling frisky.
Heated Underground Parking - Unlike many other condo complex, you'll have free heated underground parking so you don't have to worry about your diesel engine not starting in the cold or having to scrape ice off your windshield.
Mountain Views - From just about anywhere at Red Hawk Lodge, you'll have amazing views of either the ski slopes or to the East where you'll see Argentine Peak and the Continental Divide.
Fitness Center - Located on premises is a full fitness center with workout machines and all the equipment you need to warm up for the day. If you're not into skiing, this is where you can still get your exercise if it's too cold outside. The best part is the view from the exercise room....directly to the ski slopes at Keystone!
