About this property

Minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the new Margaritaville shopping and entertainment complex including their public water park Island H2O. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Game room has been added to the garage space for additional entertainment including, pool table, air hockey and Foosball. A completely furnished kitchen has been provided and all linens are included. Laundry facilities are located in the garage for your use. Free Wi-Fi, cable, updated flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with DVD. 42" Flat screen TV in living room has blue-ray. Private screened in pool and spa are enjoyable year-round with heat in the winter. There is no hot tub. The spa is the same temperature as the pool and only heated in winter months (Oct thru March). During these months, the pool heat is included, please let us know prior if you do not plan to use the pool. Thanks.

Fantastic Home

This was a 65 and over adult family vacation. The house was perfect! It was exceptionally clean, well equipped for eating in and the heated pool/spa was amazing! The location is great! It is so close to stores, restaurants, Margaritaville and Disney World. It was very relaxing and comfortable to come back to this beautiful home after a long day at the parks and Disney Springs. We will definitely come again!
