Our newly remodeled condo is the perfect place to call home for any family. Our 2nd home contains 2 queen size beds with brand new Simmons Beautyrest mattresses in the bedroom, a Murphy bed with a brand new mattress that sleeps 2, and a brand new queen size sleeper sofa for 2 more! We spoil you with 450 thread count, sateen cotton bed sheets, with microfiber plush blankets for all beds. A 32" LCD TV with home entertainment system / DVD player and a Sony Playstation are for everyone's use. A 2nd LCD TV and DVD player are in the bedroom too. A library of DVD's, along with some books and games are also for guests' use. Do you have an infant? Make use of our highchair and pack 'n play. You are steps from the ocean, 22 water amenities inside and out, and a full service restaurant on-site. If you would like to cook in, enjoy our kitchen equipped with all the appliances. We even stock the our condo with a second fold away table with 4 additional chairs for those in need of more seating for a meal!

Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. The beach, mini-golf, shopping, shows, and more await those who make this their vacation destination. Amazing things are continuing to develop in Myrtle Beach.

  • We spent a late September vacation in MB and stayed in this condo. We had a great time. The view from the balcony was fantastic both for morning sunsets and late evening wine and despite being right above the pool sitting area, it was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and we made a few meals there. The resort has many pools and lazy rivers and they weren't that crowded this time of year. The fitness center had enough equipment to get a decent workout in and there are a few shuffleboard courts, two hammocks, and a game room with pool table. Parking in the attached garage was difficult and we had to park across the street if we returned after dinner. Brent was very easy to work with and we thank him for the hospitality. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to the area!

  • Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenage boys) enjoyed having a comfortable home base while partaking of the many things to do in Myrtle Beach over spring break. The condo was cozy and met all of our needs, comfortable sleeping for all, nice tv and kitchen facilities, numberous warm pools and great view of the beach.

  • This ia a beautiful unit. Great view of the ocean and beach. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the balcony. Brent was extrmely helpful and very easy to rent from. The grandkids just loved the pools. We could not have asked for anything more. We will be back on future vacations.

  • The condo has EVERYTHING you need or want!! Love it! So CLEAN! smelled so good! Brent is so helpful, such a great person to rent off! Even had a bottle of wine waiting on the dresser, even though we dont drink, I thought it was very thoughtful! I LOVE IT THERE!! A+ Thanks for EVERYTHING!

  • Absolutely fabulous time! This condo was a great experience. It was clean and in a great location. The indoor pools and lazy rivers came in handy with the cool weather that we had. Our oldest son was so sad when we had to leave. Brent is a true pleasure to deal with. He made our vacation smooth from start to finish. He even added a personal phone call to wish us a Happy Easter while we were there, which I thought was so nice. I would definitely rent this condo out again.

  • We stayed at the condo the first week of February, 2009. The weather was cold (teens at night) and windy but the sun never left the sky. The condo has everything you could ever need or want. Brent had a bottle of wine there to greet us. He couldn't have been more helpful or easy to deal with. We'll be back again.

  •  I believe that things happen for a reason and people come in and out of our lives for a reason. March 2008, my husband, my adult son and I travelled to Mrytle Beach with 2 other families and their adult children for our first family vacation in a very long time. Our oldest son was killed in a car accident on July 23rd, 2000 and with the support of our good friends we decided to take a vacation - our first without our son.    When we arrived, the 3 families just picked a condo number out of the three that had been rented and we picked the Monnin family's condo. When we walked, in we knew it was right.  The crucifix, the wonderful inspirational sayings and your family pictures was everything that we believe in. After a few minutes in the condo we knew that we had made the right decision to take this vacation. I will remember the walks on the beach all year until we can do it again next year. Thank you for sharing your home away from home.

  • s quite an enjoyable experience! Temps 60--70 range and so few people it was like our own beach! Brent's hotel suite had everything we could have ever wanted. Hot tubs inside and out, pools, restaurant and bar. Everything appeared to be new and well maitained! We were used to saying at a beach house that always seemed to be lacking something.   • We enjoyed staying at the condo. It has been a quiet and relaxing week for just two of us. The room was extremely clean and full ammenitites. Beach was great and we took numerous walks at night. The weather was georgeous and we could not ask for a better vacation. This is our first visit to Myrtle beach, and it surely wont be our last. Thanks to Brent for the hard work he and his family put into this condo!
