On an acre of land, but yet steps to Sunset Beach. The 5 pictures do the property vibe little justice. You will enjoy the most peaceful experience you've ever had. Steps to Sunset Beach lifegaurd tower which is on the Rocky Point side of Sunset Beach.

Studio location on Sunset Beach, North Shore. Seconds walk to golden sandy beach. Summer season enjoy snorkeling & winter enjoy surfing, or just sunbathing anytime with the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. In the heart of the triple crown surf contests and Pipeline masters. Forget the crowded parking problems and just bring a cooler to have first seating on the beach to watch the best waves in the world.

Your studio has a nice porch outdoor covered lanai. Sleeping in the queen bed assures a good nights sleep. Full kitchen offers microwave, stove, full refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, dishes, rice cooker all cooking utensils provided. Bathroom with shower as well as an outside hot water shower.

Sunset bakery is walking distance for freshly baked pastries and coffee, lunch plates and snacks. Dining restaurants and casual eateries are minutes drive. World class designed golf courses by Arnold Palmer are just five minutes drive, a PGA tour stop. Horse back ridding on the beach , tennis courts, and mountain biking in the pupukea hills are minutes away. Rent any type of equipment from bikes, to snorkles, surf boards with lessons available.

Studio is private, downstairs from main house. House is on 1 acre, it's quiet and lush.
Tenant must be able to relax with the owners rules of no smoking, no drugs, no parties, no extra company and can't have friends that just come by.
