Location: South Effingham, Province Lake, Lakes Region, New Hampshire, USA (40 miles to Conway, close to Ossipee.)

Accommodations:  Ranch-Style Home, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 5-6)

Hot and cold water, septic system, full kitchen, bathroom, screened porch with table/chairs. Master bedroom has double bed (Queen Size) dresser and closet space; second bedroom has twin beds and closet space; third (bunk)bedroom has single twin bed. All bedrooms have chests of drawers. Picture windows in living room and kitchen afford beautiful views of the lake and mountains.

In the fall, 'leaf peepers' can use this as a headquarters for making foliage excursions, visiting local shops, attending the various county fairs in the region and purchasing fresh seasonal produce.

Province lake is on the Maine state line and there are many points of interest in Maine to explore - Portland is 45 miles to the east.
