Heavenly Sunsets has just undergone a full $70,000 remodel. As part of our remodelling project we have installed new carpet, tile, an upgraded kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances, and 6 full new bedroom suites (all beds with luxury pillow top mattresses). We have redecorated inside and out, and have totally refurnished to an exacting standard, with individually chosen, designer furnishings.

We offer a personal meet and greet service to ensure your vacation gets off to a great start... No need to go searching for offices to collect your keys! Our British Management company are based locally on Highlands Reserve and are available 24x7 to cater for your every need.
Heavenly Sunsets is over 3000sq ft, and is a single storey villa with 6 beds (4 masters), & 4 full baths, comfortably sleeping 12 adults & 2 infants. The main living area is equipped with a huge HD TV, upgraded cable package, DVD/VCR, & stereo system. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV & DVD player. The 2 twin beds also feature an Xbox 360 and a PS2. There is a full library of films and games to suit all tastes and ages. We also include broadband WIFI internet access (just bring your laptop), and FREE national and international phone calls. For those of you travelling with small children we offer the FREE use of 2 cribs complete with baby bedding, 2 strollers with sun canopies, and 2 highchairs, there is also a large selection of baby/toddler feeding utensils etc.
The outside space is no less impressive than the interior. Our huge, westerly facing completely private pool deck, has sunshine all day, and, of course, Heavenly Sunsets! The fabulous 30 x 20 ft (optionally heated) swimming pool, and the raised individually operated spa, both benefit from attractive accent planting, and have totally uninterrupted woodland conservation views. We have a large shady lanai area with cooling fans, and an 8 seater al fresco dining suite. There is access to the lanai from the family room, master bedroom, nook, and the pool bath. The oversized deck area allows us to provide ample patio furniture for even the largest groups of guests.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Highlands Reserve, though only minutes from all the main Orlando attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Resorts, and Busch Gardens also provides an array of activities for those days away from the parks. On-site golf, tennis, swimming, and playground facilities are just steps from your front door in this wonderful gated community.
Take a stroll to a wide range of bars and restaurants, including Applebee’s, Linksters, Mia Pizza and Kokopellis, plus a large supermarket, bank and liquor store.
It’s a short drive along the US192 to Formosa Gardens with even more dining opportunities including TGI Fridays, The Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, DQ and the wonderful Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
Magnificent shopping, dining and nightlife is also a short drive away… choose from The Mall at Millenia, Downtown Disney, Disney Celebration, Old Town, International Drive and many more great local destinations!
Want to spend a day at the beach? No problem, Its West to St. Petersburg and the Gulf Coast or East to the Atlantic Coast all in about an hour. Cruise from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas & the Caribbean, also only about an hour away!
Heavenly sunsets is centrally located and within easy reach of The Florida Everglades, historic St Augustine, The Cape Canaveral Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach and a wide variety of other Florida attractions. It’s a days drive to Miami and The Florida Keys.

CHILD FRIENDLY
Travelling with a small child or baby can be difficult at the best of times, so we hope to make life easier by providing you with the sort of vital equipment you would have at home.
All the following child friendly equipment is permanently located in the Villa so there is no need to request any of it and no additional charge for using it.

• DVD players in all bedrooms, a choice of PS2 or Xbox 360s in the two twin bedrooms and a library of films and games suitable for all ages are provided.
• A large well designed children's community playground, community tennis courts and a community pool are all within minutes walk of the Villa. |
