This efficiency apartment within a country home has a ground level private entrance. Relax inside or out with picture windows and patio overlooking the blueberry fields (pick your own in August)with a view down to the river. Eagles and other wildlife use the river as their highway. Birds, butterflies, and gardens surround you.
Deeply unwind in this quiet natural setting, yet the village of Quechee is just two miles away with restaurants, music, and sightseeing. Wilderness Trails (Marty Banak) can provide bikes, boats, cross-country skis to your door or transport you to one of our many rivers and routes to adventure. Book in advance for private fly fishing lessons with The Vermont Fly Fishing School.
Our apartment is a wellness home with healthy water, filtered air for those who are allergic or environmentally sensitive, has a far-infared sauna on the same floor to ease your aches and pains, and other wellness tools at your fingertips.

$135/night with in room B&B option (quiche,granola,yogurt,fruit)
$150/night (with bikes, boats or cross-country skis)
Low season $115 per night. Third night half price.
Extended stays-5 day/$350 1 week/$475 2 weeks/$700 monthly/$950
Approved pet stays possible with additional $5 to $10 fee depending on the pet.
Rates are based on one or two person occupancy.
Additional persons add $10/person/night, $5/night for each child under12

Year Purchased: 2003
Carol runs a small market garden and a blueberry farm from this property. The Clay Hill Collective CSA is located here and provides produce from May through November to local residents. Marty is the owner and fishing instructor for his business "Wilderness Trails" and "The Vermont Fly Fishing School"
