Make no mistake, the Residences Building is the centerpiece beachfront building, the closest to the ocean, and it’s where you want to be – the intimate building with its private pool and spa overlooking the sea. The Residences are part of Playa Royale, yet very much apart. It’s the builder’s masterpiece, and quality and attention to detail show everywhere you look
Granite kitchen, decorator furnishings, vibrant colors, huge well designed 1500 square foot floorplan. Walking distance to Paradise Village Mall and Resort, the location is perfect, and with just 55 paces from your door to the breaking surf, you’ll really appreciate the meaning of the phrase “location, location, location”.
This is a ground floor one bedroom, two bath condo with easy access to the pool and beach. It’s perfect for couples, but also great for the family. The beauty of having the two units in the same beachfront building, is that if one of them is booked the week you want, just check out the other, or do as we do, book both and bring the relatives or another couple down. It's perfect - close, but complete privacy. This one has the advantage of having the bedroom on the ocean, which makes the terrace twice as large. In order to keep the unit as pristine as you want it to be, it’s also a NON SMOKING UNIT.
Special features include cable TV, a DVD player, stereo CD Player, and many extras. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit, of course, and a telephone for free local calls. The kitchen is well equipped with side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, full size range and oven, and microwave. Naturally, there is also a coffee maker, espresso machine, juicer, blender, toaster, and everything you need to live the dream. You’ll find nice decanter and wine glasses as well as plastic glasses for the pool, and quality ceramic indoor dishes as well as picnic dishware for the BBQ area.
There’s also FREE wireless internet available in the lobby, just a few steps away if you need to be plugged in while you’re away. Most US and Canadian cell phones work just fine here, as well (check with your carrier before you leave home). You’re as in-touch if you want to be.
For a small fee ($75.00 for the whole family) you can get a temporary social membership to the gorgeous new sports club, which is on the golf course (less than a mile away on the free shuttle) as well as the Paradise Village Resort facilities. The Sports Club has an enormous state of the art gym, professional quality tennis courts, an Olympic pool for lap swimming, a truly wonderful kids center for the little ones, and access to golf on a discounted basis.
This is not your grandmother’s Puerto Vallarta, the water is purified right out of the tap, the electric current is the US standard 110, and there is 24 hour security just for our building. The staff is bilingual, friendly and helpful – it’s like Hawaii used to be, but without the expense, the long airplane ride, or the attitude. Every beach activity is right there at your door, including parasailing, swimming and boating, and of course our favorite, watching the sun set from the terrace sipping Margaritas and Cervezas.
