This is a luxury PGA West home located behind guarded, private gates on the 12th green of the famous Nicklaus Tournament course. This spectacular 3,450 square foot home features 14-foot ceilings, private pool and heated spa. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. One of the bedrooms is a private casita for that couple that wishes more privacy. All beds in the home are either King or Queen size.
The elegant gourmet kitchen is equipped for the most demanding chef plus granite countertops, walk-in pantry, built-in ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, the finest of cookware and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The great room with wet bar, features a large screen High Definition Television and numerous DVDs for your viewing pleasure.
The backyard patio with built-in barbecue features extensive lounge chairs, outside music, and misters for your cooling pleasure... All overlooking the lush 12th green of Nicklaus golf course. Patio seating can accommodate 10 people.
The large master, with its high ceiling, is elegantly decorated with a view of the pool and 12th green. The spacious master bath features an enormous walk-in closet. Other amenities includes high speed internet, music throughout the home, private courtyard, private casita and a two car garage. There are also association pools in the near vicinity.
The Nicklaus Tournament course was specifically designed by Jack himself in hopes of bringing the Ryder Cup tournament to PGA WEST. This outstanding course, along with the Stadium course, are home for the finals of the PGA qualifier every other year. As a guest you can play both these prized pieces of real estate along with two other semi-private courses. After putting out on the 12th green of the Nicklaus, you can walk into this beautiful house and pick out a drink or snack when you stay here.
Also available for your use is the gorgeous PGA WEST fitness center and use of their championship tennis courts. PGA WEST has one of only two grass tennis courts in all of Califonia.(small fees involved)
PGA WEST guests also get to use the pool at the World famous La Quinta Resort and their outstanding Spa and Treatment Center.

This house was just as advertised, it was in great shape, clean and well stocked. The house is very large and beautiful. There is a local property manager if there are any issues, but we didn't have any. The owner has a membership at PGA west health club so we were able to use that and the tennis courts. Great location for golf. We rented a golf cart from the private clubhouse for the kids which worked out great. I highly recommend this house for rental!
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house was absolutely more than we bargained for. The views were spectacular, the house was beautifully appointed and kept. All of the rooms were spacious and clean with extremely comfortable beds. The owner and property manager did a fantastic job pointing us in the direction of great restaurants and shopping which we felt was going beyond their call of duty. We enjoyed the pool and spa and only wish we could of spent more time at the house instead of golfing. Yes, that was our toughest decision. We will definitely be back to enjoy this small piece of paradise. Stayed at other homes in the area and this home by far stands above the others when it comes to amenities in the home, cleanliness(which is huge for me),bang for your buck and atmosphere. An absolute must stay when heading to the Palm Springs area.

I rented this house with a group of friends in April 2009. The house is spectacular. Very large, high vaulted ceilings, beautiful view from the pool area to the golf course, and the house was fully equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed for our stay. Highly recommended.

We all agreed that this was one of the best times the group has had at the desert. You have a great place with all of the right things to make for a fun time-the pool is the ultimate gathering spot. A common phrase heard was " the pictures really doesn't do this place justice." I'm sure we will be back some time soon. Thanks again.

This is a magnificent home. We spent time there in the Fall of 2006. My husband and I stayed in the Casita and five other members of the family were in the main house. Sitting out in the covered back patio with the grill heating up, drinking mint julips and watching the golfers in the PGA Qualifying rounds go by, I turned to my husband and said "Things just don't get better than this!"

This home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Had a fabulous time and will keep coming back each year. Love the golf photography throughout the home as we are golf nuts.
