Cedar Lake is an 880 acre recreational playground: Bring your boat or rent one from the local marina on the lake just minutes away! We have a 130 ft. pier to get you out on the water!! We have a grassy beachfront with easy accessibility to lake for swimming. The water at the shore is shallow (1.5' to 3') for a distance over 100 feet from shore. Mostly a sand bottom, with some small rocks.

Off Street Parking: Driveway can park up to 6 autos. Let us know if you are planning to have more so we can give you parking instructions.

Gas Fireplace (2): Two "Instant On" Gas operated fireplaces. All you need to do is turn the switch and get cozy in front of the fire!

Queen Bed (4): Four bedrooms have one queen bed in each for a total of four queen beds. Bedroom #5 has a total of 3 single beds (see bunk and twin detail to follow)
Twin/Single Bed: We have one single twin bed and two twins as part of a bunk bed for a total of 3 twin(single) beds in one room.
Bunk Bed (2): 2 twin beds as part of bunk bed for a total of 3 twin(single) beds in one room.
Entertainment
TV (No Cable/Satellite): Sorry we do not have cable or satellite. We do have a large attenae which receives a multitude of digital channels with fantastic reception. We do have a video library which includes a variety of drama, comedy, action, and childrens DVD and VCR.

Jetted Tub in Bath: A five foot corner tub with jets located in the main floor master bedroom. surrounded by marble. A great place for a little romance!

Full Kitchen (2): You'll fall in love with this kitchen! Huge new kitchen features granite counters, cherry cabinets, dishwasher and backlighting. Fully stocked with cookware pots, pans, dishes for 16 or more. We even have wine glasses, martini glasses, and frozen beermugs ready for you! there is a second smaller but fully stocked kiten upstairs. There are two of almost everything. 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, two coffee makers.
Cooking Utensils Provided: We have averything you need. If you don't find it in the main kitche, check the one upstairs (kitchen #2 is cute and smaller but also fully stocked.

Charcoal BBQ Grill: We have a carcoal grill. Please bring your own carcoal. Please keep the grill off the decks.
Deck/Patio (2): 2 DECKS!
Main floor deck is 30' x 10' has two tables and can seat 12 comfortably. We do have additional folding chairs.
Upper deck (balcony) is 8' x 30'. Set with a table for 4 plus additional chairs.
Balcony: Balcony deck is 30' x 8' which is accessed from the 2nd floor bedroom or family room. See deck discription.
View/Location
Beachfront: NO SAND on the land, but directly on the lake! We have a grassy beach with a concrete wall as you can see in the photos. The water level at the shore is 16" and is only 3' deep over 100' from shore, making it a very safe place to swim. We reccommend water shoes for swimming, it is a clay and sand bottom, however there are some small rocks. From the pier we have a ladder to make entering and exiting the water a breeze! The 130' pier is equiped with dock bumpers and cleats for tying off your boat or one that you can rent on the lake.

Suitability
No Pets Allowed: NO PETS ALLOWED!!
Kid Friendly: We have childrens videos, a small kiddy pool, bean bag game. The home is on a hill overlooking the lake. We have a stairway down the hill to make walking to the lakeshore simple. The interior of the home is very nice, we would like to keep it that way, please limit your children from abusing the property.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be at least 21 years of age and provide a drivers license copy of all guests. This is a residential area. Loud, late, behavior will not be tolerated!
NO PARTIES.
Smoking Not Allowed: Absolutely NO SMOKING on the inside of the home! You may smoke outside, but please do not litter the gounds with cigarette butts.
