  This condo is as wonderful as it gets. It is directly on the ocean, with the most incredible views one has seen in a condo. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The unit is on the third (top) floor. The primary floor has two bedrooms and two baths, the kitchen, and everything else. ( You will live/eat on the huge wrap-around lanai!) The lanai faces due west, for the best sunset views on the island. Within the upper loft is the third bedroom and bath. That bathroom/dressing room has an eastern (albeit small) view, sunrise over Hualalai. The quality of the furnishings match the views; from the kitchen, with its granite counters, to the etched glass dining room table, everything is the best. We have been guests at this superb rental twice, with reservations later this year for a third visit. I hope this helps convey the aloha this condo will share with you.

  We had such an enjoyable stay last summer (we stayed for two weeks) that we are returning to this property again this summer for two more weeks. The pictures do not do the condo justice. The unit is clean, quiet, comfortable, and excellent for families or couples. Its kitchen remodel is beautiful, and the it is well-equipped. The condo had an excellent blue water view, and its location within the Surf and Racquet Club is perfect. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants a fabulous stay in Kona. The wrap around lanai was fabulous, and the owners are easy to work with. The top floor location makes it quiet with excellent views. We can't wait to return to it this summer.

  We have rented several condos in the Kona/Keauhou area and this is the one we will be coming back to. It is spacious and the master bedroom suite on the upper level is very well done. The kitchen is very modern and beautifully appointed. The lanai is large and a great place to eat or enjoy a beverage while watching the sun set. The condo comes complete with most anything you need to enjoy the various recreational opportunities on the island. The condo is located within walking distance of a shopping center that is home to a grocery store, movie theater, and several restaurants. Also, the nearby Sheraton Hotel has a very entertaining luau. Gene and Ginnie, the owners are always willing to help with any questions one might have about the condo or things to do while you are vacationing.

  We stayed here with 3 generations of our family. There was something for everyone. Grandparents loved sitting on lanai watching sunsets. Kids loved snorkeling with the sea turtles. Very well equipped condo. Great benefit to have laundry in the unit. Pictures gave accurate representation. Felt very homey without being too formal. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo.

  This was our 1st trip to the big island in 2008. So glad we decided on this condo. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The view is AMAZING!!! The ocean is literally a few feet away. The condo was very clean and had so many ammenities. You will be sorry if you don't stay here.

  This was an amazing place to stay (November 2009). Clean and beautifully furnished with all of the comforts of home and then some. We've never stayed in a place that was so well outfitted for vacationing. They had beach umbrellas and mats, reef shoes, snorkeling gear, swimming noodles, boogie boards... The deck is a wonderful place to lounge, snooze, eat and drink. The kitchen has more than all the essentials. Laundry facilities are so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
