Beautiful condominium located at the base of Aspen Mountain! Located in the Fifth Avenue Condominiums, it is in the perfect location. This condo is just steps away from the Silver Queen gondola, Chairlift 1A and the Little Nell. Stroll two blocks to the heart of Aspen for its many fine restaurants, bars and other cultural events. The St. Regis Hotel with a premier spa is only one block away. The free shuttle service is one-half block away which takes you to the surrounding ski areas of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. The heated pool and Jacuzzi on a deck overlooking the town of Aspen are the perfect way to end the day.
Over 1200 square feet features high ceilings, tall glass walls offering breathtaking views, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, hardwood floors, a living room with a fireplace and large flat screen TV and DVD, and a patio with views of the pool.
The master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with separate tub and slate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own 3/4 bathroom. The third bedroom is located in the loft and has a double trundle bed and its own 3/4 bathroom. All beds and baths feature luxurious new linens and towels.
Complimentary internet access is provided. A 10% tax rate will be added to all rentals. There will be a cleaning fee based on your individual requirements. A refundable damage deposit equivalent to two nights rental is required.

Why the Owner Chose Fifth Avenue
Our love of the outdoors and all the great activities Aspen offers was what really motivated us to purchase this unit. We are located right on Aspen Mtn and just to the right of the Little Nell ski run.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The close proximity to everything in town is one of the many perks you will enjoy while staying at our unit. You are literally only five minutes walking distance to all of the shopping and dining in town. The ski access is incredible as well, you can ski to the gondola or you can access Lift 1 A a few hundred yards from the front door. We have recently done many upgrades which include repainting the unit as well as installing new carpet throughout. The kitchen has also been fully remodeled. We have a great unit that you and you and your guest will love.

My name is Ian McLendon and I am the owner of Fifth Ave. 201. I purchased this unit in 2007 with my great high school friend Angus Whelchel. We both grew up ski racing on the East coast and moved to Aspen in the early 90's. We always wanted to own something in Aspen and finally made that a reality in 2007. I live in Boulder Colorado and Angus and his wife and new baby live in London. We try and visit Aspen as often as possible and we love staying in the unit whenever we're in town.

This condo was very nice! Great kitchen with all of the necessities needed. They also had a baby gate for the stairs (thank you!). Ian (one of the owners) was very responsive to every question via email and phone call and he was honest! The location of this condo was fabulous! We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or pool so I have no comment, however it looked nice :)

Excellent experience staying at this condo. Ian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. The unit is beautiful with an excellent layout and all the comforts of home (big screen TV, wireless access, W/D, D/W, etc). easily accommodated two families with a total of 4 young children. great location! central to all that aspen has to offer. we plan on returning to this unit next year!

This was a great place to stay in Aspen. The condo was in excellent condition and the location to town was very convenient. There is a bit of a climb from town to get up to the condo, but if you're an active person, you'll enjoy it and the great view from the front porch. The owner was quite responsive and easy to work with. We will definitley stay here again.

This is the 5th year I have hosted Aspen food and wine for our team, and this condo, realtive to price is definately in the upper20% of units I have either stayed in or visited. Few condos offer a more convenient location. Kitchen set up well for entertaining and owner very responsive to needs / requests, and available every day we were on property. 1 being poor, 10 being pure luxury, my group would score this an 8. Loft, which we did not use, offers a little extra value. Very likely we would use this unit again.

WOW, this place was the best vacation rental. Enjoyed all that this place has to offer and loved the jeted tub after a long hard day of skiing. A ++. Would recommended this rental to all. Great location in town and close to ski area. Liked the fact that you just park your car and all you need to do is walk into town or take the bus to the other ski areas. GREAT LOCATION,BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND PERFECT VIEWS OF ASPEN. Will come back again soon.

Great location- we enjoyed our stay and the fact that we could walk anywhere in Aspen (quickly) from the condo. Nicely appointed unit, good value for amount of beds you get.
