  Thanks to Ian and your 5th Ave Condo. All in our party were very comfortable and the location can't be beat, right in town and an easy walk to the free bus to SnowMass or Highlands. Ski-on to the Gondola in Aspen too. All in all a great place for a great Aspen experience.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  This condo was very nice! Great kitchen with all of the necessities needed. They also had a baby gate for the stairs (thank you!). Ian (one of the owners) was very responsive to every question via email and phone call and he was honest! The location of this condo was fabulous! We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or pool so I have no comment, however it looked nice :)

  This condo is very cozy and charming. The location is one of the best in the town. The owners have done an amazing job at keeping the condo modern and have provided all needed amenities. Its the place to stay!!!

  Excellent experience staying at this condo. Ian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. The unit is beautiful with an excellent layout and all the comforts of home (big screen TV, wireless access, W/D, D/W, etc). easily accommodated two families with a total of 4 young children. great location! central to all that aspen has to offer. we plan on returning to this unit next year!

  Ian was great to work with in our vacation rental. The condo is located in the hub of Aspen. Nice view from the balcony. Everything was in great shape and just as described on VRBO. I would stay there again in a minute! anne

  The property was gorgrous, the location super convenient to downtown and Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive, reasonable and I felt like I was staying at a friend's vacation home. Highly recommend!

  This was a great place to stay in Aspen. The condo was in excellent condition and the location to town was very convenient. There is a bit of a climb from town to get up to the condo, but if you're an active person, you'll enjoy it and the great view from the front porch. The owner was quite responsive and easy to work with. We will definitley stay here again.

  This is the 5th year I have hosted Aspen food and wine for our team, and this condo, realtive to price is definately in the upper20% of units I have either stayed in or visited. Few condos offer a more convenient location. Kitchen set up well for entertaining and owner very responsive to needs / requests, and available every day we were on property. 1 being poor, 10 being pure luxury, my group would score this an 8. Loft, which we did not use, offers a little extra value. Very likely we would use this unit again.

  WOW, this place was the best vacation rental. Enjoyed all that this place has to offer and loved the jeted tub after a long hard day of skiing. A ++. Would recommended this rental to all. Great location in town and close to ski area. Liked the fact that you just park your car and all you need to do is walk into town or take the bus to the other ski areas. GREAT LOCATION,BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND PERFECT VIEWS OF ASPEN. Will come back again soon.

  Great location- we enjoyed our stay and the fact that we could walk anywhere in Aspen (quickly) from the condo. Nicely appointed unit, good value for amount of beds you get.

  My family had a wonderful experience when we stayed in this condo. It was our 3rd time in Aspen and the first time my wife and I brought our 4 boys (10,9,6,4yrs old). The condo was roomy and comfortable and was significantly more affordable than 2 hotel rooms. It has a great view of downtown from the windows, nice pool and hot tub, and is an easy walk to all locations. I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to family and friends. Amir Nawabi

  Wonderful condo in a very convenient location. Bright,nicely furnished and spacious. Great gourmet kitchen. Bedrooms are separated from each other which is a real plus for privacy. We enjoyed our outside BBQs last summer!

  HI THIS WAS A NICE , CLEAN, ROOMY UNIT, GREAT LOCATION FOR SKIING AND THE ASPEN NIGHT LIFE, AND THIS WHY WE GO TO ASPEN. THE OWNERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL , AND I FELT A GREAT VALUE, ENJOYED THE HOT TUB WHICH HAS A VIEW OF THE MOUNTAIN, AND TOWN AND SUCH EASY ACCESS TO EITHER LIFT SYSTEM, AND ANYWHERE IN TOWN, WITH OUT HEARING BUSES, NEEDING A CAB EVER, AND EASE OF VACATION.

  This condominium is super! It's located very close to the gondola and right in the center of downtown Aspen. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has what seems to be a very recent high-end remodel. It also has a pool, hot tub, and deck with barbeque grill. The owners seemed very responsive to inquiries. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
