Just 2 miles from Dillon, CO - known for its outlet malls, restaurants and friendly people. Nearby movie theater, shopping for groceries, sporting goods, most anything you need on your vacation.
2400 sq. Ft. Of space, indoor jacuzzi, steam shower, deck with gas grill, wet bar, large & bright kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, just bring the main ingredients, the rest is there. Clubhouse available within short walking distance with indoor/outdoor pool and shared jacuzzi.
Lofted master bedroom w/ king bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. Also two full sized air beds can be used for additional sleeping.
I also rent out individual bedrooms on a per night basis, and can usually include a breakfast. There are 2 rooms for nightly rental, one with a queen and a twin (sleeps 3 max), the other with a full and 2 twins (sleeps 4 max) $85 per night per room ($65 SUMMER RATE). Breakfast = $10 extra per person.
