If you enjoy beautiful mountain scenery and breathtaking views, you will enjoy our vacation condo in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, at the base of Buffalo Mountain.

Our unit is a two story townhouse in a small building; most of the 10 units in the building are year round residents -- so the community is small, stable, and quiet. Additionally, this unit does not share a wall with any other unit in the complex, which adds to your privacy and serenity.

PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER: Because this is a small, residential building, it is suitable only for families and guests who are looking for a relaxing, peaceful experience. The association board members live on the property and want to encourage a pleasant and neighborly experience for all guests and residents. Disturbing the peace is against the association's by-laws and it will not be tolerated. If you are looking for a place to party all night, please look elsewhere.

Now for the perks of our home and community: Any time of the year, you will find many activities to meet your taste. Or if you prefer, you can relax in our lovely townhouse which provides ample lodging for family and friends. We have enough beds for eight people plus a Queen sized sofa sleeper. We also have an infant's bed available, a booster seat, and a stroller. There are three bedrooms plus a spacious loft bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and two full baths. There are two cable televisions with VCRs; one with a DVD player. We also have a CD stereo and SECURE high speed FREE wireless internet service.

The condo has a stunning great room with vaulted ceiling, and a spacious master bedroom suite, also with a vaulted ceiling.

We are conveniently located near the world class resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. Loveland, Beaver Creek, Vail, and Ski Cooper are also just a short drive away. Steamboat Springs is 90 miles away.

The Silverthorne Recreational Center, a fully equipped recreational center with pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs is located 1 mile away. They charge a nominal fee for use of the center; for adults, this is $9.00 per visit - children, $5.50/$6.50 depending on age. Under 3 is free.

Our minimum stay is 5 nights, however, this is negotiable. Contact us for details. A minimum 6 night stay is required during the 12/24/08 - 1/04/09 holiday period.

Reservation Information: For your convenience, we now offer a choice of VISA, Mastercard, or personal check. To confirm your reservation, we require a 33% down payment.

Payment of the balance is due 45 days prior to your planned arrival date. A credit card number must be put on file for security deposit even if paying by check.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 90% of your rental payments will be refunded. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the down payments will be refunded. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, 25% of the down payments will be refunded. However, at any time we will refund the full amount if we can rent the unit for the nights that are cancelled.

Please note that Mastercard and VISA are accepted. American Express is NOT accepted and debit cards are NOT accepted for payment or security deposits.

  • All activities are a short drive away, or take the free bus (Summit Stage). Parking for two cars (or three small ones) is available. Minutes to Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Copper Mtn, Loveland Pass, and Vail ski areas; Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper are served by the free bus system -- though it takes awhile and involves bus transfers to get there! A car is recommended.
