We had an outstanding time at the Seaside Villa with family and friends over the two week Christmas break. There were nine of us altogether and we had the whole place to ourselves! Ronda our manager/hostess/driver/organizer and general purveyor of positive vibrations went above and beyond to ensure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. She made arrangements with four chefs from a nearby hotel to take turns coming in to cook for us on days of our choosing. Dockery, Demarca, Randy and Alex made us amazing Jamaican fare. The villa is very close to all amenities - beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. This was our second visit to Treasure Beach so we were able to reconnect with friends from our first stay and made some new ones on this one! Transportation for nine people was no problem thanks to Kenny and Treasure Tours. If we could find enough friends and family to fill the Seaside Villa, we would definitely return again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
By far the best vacation my family has ever had. Perfect house, perfect town, perfect staff!!!!!!

My family (total party of 11 people) just came back from an 8 day stay at Seaside Villa. The house and staff and Treasure Beach are wonderful. Instead of writing a review, I'm going to show the exact email that i sent to the owner shortly after my family returned to Chicago from our vacation at Seaside Villa. This will allow everyone to see how our group really felt about our stay: Unfortunately, I’m back at work today and back to reality, after spending 8 days in virtual paradise! I can speak for myself and the other 10 members of my party when I tell you that Seaside Villa was an absolute wonderful place to call home. I was very surprised by how enjoyable Treasure Beach was also. Most of us actually live in the city limits of Chicago and we are used to the fast pace of living in such a great large city. I’m being honest with you when I tell you that all of us said we would seriously consider trading our city lives for one that includes Treasure Beach. The only part of the visit that was better than the home and the location was the unbelievably friendliness of our caretaker (and now friends!). Nandy, Percy, Ramona, Raquel and Roger always went above and beyond when it came to assisting us. We felt so comfortable with them being there, that it really began to feel like they were on vacation with us. I’m sure you already know this, but you have great people working at the villa. We all had such a great time and didn’t want to leave. We’ve already decided that we will be coming back. We just need to settle on a date. I really just want to thank you and the staff of Seaside Villa for contributing to the best vacation that any of the eleven of us have ever had. As I told you before, a few of us started a tradition of spending time in our favorite place outside of Chicago, Puerto Rico. And we were looking for an additional location to make at least an annual visit to. Well, Puerto Rico may have been bumped from it’s favorite vacation position! Since I’ve only been to Treasure Beach once, I’ll reserve my final decision on which location is my favorite until after I’ve had at least one more visit to Seaside!!! I've just been telling everyone how great this home is and how pleasant Treasure Beach is. I just hope Seaside doesn’t get too popular (I’d hate for this gem to become so popular that it’s hard for me to get a reservation). Thanks again for all of your help in making our stay a most memorable one!
