A WONDERFUL VIEW OF THE LAKE, WHICH YOU CAN SEE FROM THE BALCONY! - Fort Myers Vacation Condo How would you like to stay in a BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor walk-up condo (no elevators) in Fort Myers this winter, a condo that you will remember for a long time to come, and want to visit again and again? This condo, only 2 miles from the Sanibel Island Causeway, has plenty of exciting activities nearby--including golf courses throughout the area - like the GREAT SHELL POINT 18-hole golf course just right across the street, a swimming pool just a short walking distance away from the condo, a terrific tennis court on the premises & also within walking distance of this condo! Close by are great beaches, including BUNCHE BEACH! Fishing, canoeing, water-skiing and other outdoor sports can be found in the immediate area, along with GREAT arts/cultural venues throughout the area. There’s an outlet mall down the street on Macgregor Boulevard that’s PERFECT for shoppers, and great restaurants throughout the surrounding areas! If you want groceries, there’s a Publix supermarket nearby on Summerlin Road about 1 mile away. You won’t get bored anytime soon! Here’s a description of the actual condo: This beautifully furnished lakefront condo has a living room with a wonderful TV and a great DVD player. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher (among other things). The screened balcony (with sliding doors) is the perfect place for you to relax, and the view is GORGEOUS! There are four ceiling fans in the condo. There’s a nifty washer/dryer unit in the hallway. The two bedrooms have very comfortable double beds, and a television in each bedroom. There is a walk-in closet in the master, and a double closet in the guest bedroom.The two bathrooms are EXTREMELY CLEAN! There is also assigned parking for the unit, so you won't have to park on the street. CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by me in writing or e-mail 90 days before your scheduled arrival date. If I receive notice in less than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, then the deposit will only be refunded if I am able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate. If I receive notice in less than 60 days, then the rental fee will be forfeited unless I can rent the condo for the full amount of your reservation at the same rate. Please note that there is a $50.00 administration fee for all cancellations. No pets, smoking or children. I believe that you will LOVE this condo!

$500 Deposit (or 20%,whichever is greater) required 7 days after condo is booked.
Also $300 security is required. It will be refunded within 3 weeks after checkout
date if there is no damage to the condo, lost keys, missing item or extra laundry

11% Florida Tax Added on to the final balance and the cleaning fee
