How would you like to stay in a BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (NOT 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, despite what was stated above) ground-floor condo in Fort Myers this winter, a condo that you will remember for a long time to come, and want to visit again and again?

This beautiful, furnished condo (only 2 miles from the Sanibel Island Causeway) was EXTENSIVELY RENOVATED in early 2009. It has been completely repainted, and features new carpeting, a new stove and range hood microwave, as well as dishwasher. The living room features a television with basic cable, and new leather furniture. All furnishings are brand new. The bedroom features an all-new queen-size bed, and bedroom set. The screened lanai (with sliding doors to the condo) is the perfect place for you to relax, and there is also a washer/dryer unit in the condo. The bathroom has also been updated.

This condominium complex (Davis Woods), offers a swimming pool, a tennis court and shuffleboard. Designated parking is next to the condo. There are also plenty of exciting activities nearby--including golf courses throughout the area - like the GREAT SHELL POINT 18-hole golf course just right across the street. Close by are great beaches, including BUNCHE BEACH! Fishing, canoeing, water-skiing and other outdoor sports can be found in the immediate area, along with GREAT arts/cultural venues throughout the area. There’s an outlet mall down the street on Macgregor Boulevard that’s PERFECT for shoppers, and great restaurants throughout the surrounding areas! If you want groceries, there’s a Publix supermarket nearby on Summerlin Road about 1 mile away. You won’t get bored anytime soon!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by me in writing or e-mail 90 days before your scheduled arrival date. If I receive notice in less than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, then the deposit will only be refunded if I am able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate. If I receive notice in less than 60 days, then the rental fee will be forfeited unless I can rent the condo for the full amount of your reservation at the same rate. Please note that there is a $50.00 administration fee for all cancellations.

No pets, smoking or children.
