NATURE LOVERS: Experience Red Rock Canyon/Mt Charleston/Valley of Fire State Park/Lake Mead, enjoy a helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon or a day trip to Zion National Park, Utah and return to your retreat to relax at your private pool. Get together for a BBQ or end a busy day gathering around the fireplace.
The home is located in a quiet gated community only 3 minutes away from Green Valley Ranch Casino and the District. Green Valley Ranch offers eight great restaurants, the exciting Whiskey Bar, and the District, featuring over 40 fine shops, boutiques, and restaurants. In addition at the Green Valley Ranch Casino you will find a tranquil Spa, and a multiplex movie theatre.
This home offers 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed and a nice master bath with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed and the third bedroom two twin size or one queen-covertable as needed. This room can function as a cozy den/office if not used as bedroom. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and a two car garage for your use.
The backyard is large and features a POOL with WATERFALL, patio with furniture and a barbeque grill. All linens and towels are provided along with Toilet Paper, Kitchen Towels and Shampoo.
We also have Coffee and Tea on site.
ECO-Conscious:
In an effort to serve our guests and environment better we are educating ourselves to provide a more environmentaly friendly environment. This is a new process for us and we are hoping to implement many changes over the next year.
For starters we have done the following:
-phasing out cleaning products and bought eco friendly cleaning supplies
-eco friendly laundry detergent
-recycling center in kitchen
-old bulbs are being replaced with energy efficient light bulbs
-provide shopping bags for your supermarket shopping spree
-some organic cotton towels,linens
