Choose from our large 2 story beach house that sleeps up to 6, with 2 bedroom, 2 bath, jacuzzi, and 2 car garage. Or our 1 bedroom guest cottage with queen futon that can accommodate up to 4. Just completed in late 2005, both beachfront house and guest cottage comes with every amenity you could desire to make your vacation a memorable one. Comfortable lounge chairs surround our large 18 by 36 pool for sun-worshippers, or if you prefer a shady spot, choose one of the numerous hammocks for reading, relaxing, or a siesta.

The nearby rancho, with it's gas BBQ is perfect for outdoor grilling and dining, or just checking out the friendly iguanas. Enjoy incredible beach sunsets from your balcony or stroll the secluded mile long beach, shelling or searching out flocks of parrots, toucans, sloths or monkeys.

Amenities	Air Conditioning: the large beach house has 2 central units. The guest cottage has 1 central unit. Washer: The laundry facilities are shared by the beach house and the guest cottage. Dryer: The laundry facilities are shared by the beach house and the guest cottage. Linens Provided: Both the beach house and the guest cottage have abundant linens, as well as large beach towels. Garage: The beach house has a two car garage. The guest cottage has private parking. Off Street Parking: The parking areas are secured by an electric gate.
Beds	King Bed: The master bedroom in the beach house has a king size bed. Queen Bed: The 2nd bedroom in the beach house has a queen bed. The guest cottage has a queen bed. Convertible Bed: Both beach house and guest cottage have very comfortable futons in their livingrooms.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: The beach house and the guest cottage have direct TV. DVD VCR Video Library: We have an extensive library of over 50 movies. CD Player Stereo System Music Library: We have an extensive collection of CD's that are shared between the beach house and guest cottage. Jetted Tub in Bath: The guest bathroom in the beach house has a 2 person jacuzzi. Private Pool: The 18 by 36 pool is shared by the beach house and guest cottage.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: The beach house and guest cottage have fully equipped kitchens, with coffee makers, blenders, microwaves, toasters, 4 burner stoves with ovens. The beach house has an ice-maker in the fridge. Cooking Utensils Provided: The beach house and the guest cottage have a large array of utensils, and everything you can imagine for a complete kitchen. Refrigerator: The beach house comes with a S.S. side by side, with water and ice-maker in the door. The guest cottage has a full size fridge. The guest cottage has one covered balcony with rocking chairs and a breakfast table with chairs. Gazebo: The rancho has a table setting for 4, with the BBQ grill and sink with tiled countertop.
View/Location	Beachfront: Both the beach house and the guest cottage sit directly on a beautiful mile long, secluded beach. Oceanfront: Both the beach house and the guest cottage are directly on the ocean, with just coconut trees and wild almond trees separating the balconies form the beach.
Communications	Telephone: The beach house has a phone line that allows internet access as well.
Suitability	Pet Friendly: We are pet friendly,and have our own beach dog, who loves everyone. Clients need to check with us and O.K. their pet prior to check-in. A refundable deposit will be required. Kid Friendly: This is a perfect place for kids. Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is allowed, outside the beach house and guest cottage.
