Walk to shops and restaurants. We have 4 bikes available for our renters. Fireplace with supply of eucalyptus wood and gas starter. Vegetation includes many live oaks, sequoia tree, 100+ year old Monterrey pine, Monkey puzzle pine and lots of palm trees and varied exotic plants. There is a separate exterior entry to the guest bedroom. A large octagonal sitting room with sleeper couch with 3 french doors which open to the gardens. The master is octagonal and has mountain views and a vaulted ceiling. The master is on the opposite side of the house from the guest bedroom. Master bedroom is located in a tower on the second floor above the office. Pick oranges from our navel orange trees for fresh orange juice every day. Large out-door dining area with plenty of seating. Heated pool can be heated to 100 degrees. Newly added bathroom has jacuzzi tub with led lights for different colors of water; a very large shower with rain shower heads; a flat screen TV and a wonderful view of our Australian fern garden.
