Our house is surrounded with trees which gives the feel of seclusion but is right across the street from the beach, and only a few minutes walk to the pool and playground. There are 3 floors with the bedrooms on the 3rd and ground level. The upstairs master bedroom has its own deck for watching the sunrise and a telescope for stargazing. Both upper rooms have vaulted ceilings, large closets, private baths,TV w/cable and a queen bed. The 2 ground level rooms have TVs, private bathrooms, and large closets. One has a crib, spa tub, and a sliding door leading to a small porch and the back yard. Both rooms have 2 twin beds.
The main floor is very open and great for entertaining. A gas fireplace and lots of seating make the living room very comfortable under high vaulted ceilings. There are huge windows and sliding doors that lead to the main deck, it has lounge chairs for sunbathing, lots of built-in seating, and a gas grill. Inside off of the living room is the kitchen, it has tons of counter space, dishwasher, disposal, large fridge/freezer, ice maker, and microwave. The wet bar adjacent to the kitchen is very functional and a favorite "hangout" after a long day, there is also a fold-out couch and cable TV. The den is off of the kitchen it has the most comfortable couches to enjoy, while watching the 40" TV with DVD player, it is open to the dining area which has seating for 8.
