Enjoy all Summit County has to offer in the comfort of our quiet and newly renovated Townhome. Located just 2 miles from I-70, the slopes of Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, and A-basin are 25 minutes away, and Vail/Beaver Creek is just a 35 minute drive. You can even take the free "Summit Shuttle" to all Summit County ski resorts, dining, and shopping. The unit has parking just steps from our front door for up to 2 vehichles, and there is also a convenient ski locker outside.


The Townhome is a 2-story end unit, so you won't be disrupted by neighbors or traffic. The two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen beds with soft flannel sheets and lots of comfy pillows. The large main bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a separate shower area to make getting ready in the morning easy. Additionaly, there is a convertible bed and second bath (with shower) located on the main floor. The floorplan is ideal for two couples or a family. All linens and towels are supplied as well as a hair dryer, iron, and basic toiletries. The unit also has a new front loading washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

A wide variety of dining areas are available in the area, but should you decide to eat in, you’ll enjoy preparing your meals in our completely updated kitchen. Stainless appliances, a gas grill on the deck, and specialty items such as a fondue set, crock pot, and electric griddles will make cooking a breeze. While relaxing in the family room, you might build a fire, watch one of our many DVD's, play a board game, or listen to a CD or your own music in the i-pod docking station.

We have worked to make our Townhome a comfortable second residence, and know from personal experience how rewarding and relaxing it can be to vacation in a home that shows the love and attention to detail of its owners!
