This is the Sierra retreat you have been looking for. We are a short 5 minute drive to casinos, skiing, shopping & restaurants. Our location is excellent! Our home is walking distance to Tahoe Keys Marina, Fresh Ketch restaurant and nearby walking trail to the lake.
Our cabin has a true Sierra feel! Knotty Pine cabinets in the kitchen compliment the exposed wood beamed ceiling and hardwood floors. The large skylights make you feel closer to nature.
Our home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Each room has a queen bed, dresser & private closet. Master bedroom has a slider that accesses the upstairs deck. Two rooms have color cable TV's .
There is a loft area upstairs with a pull-out sofabed(Full). The loft area is great for kids and has its own TV with cable & VCR. The DVD player is located downstairs in the living room.
Other amenities: Hot Tub, DVD & VCR, full-size washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, coffee pot, gas grill, private yard, local internet access. Firewood is provided(Winter), attached garage to store ski's,poles, snowboards etc.

Our family loves Lake Tahoe and we feel fortunate to have a 2nd home in this area. We hope you love all that Lake Tahoe has to offer like we do. Enjoy the hiking trails, beach, camp grounds, bike trails and snow activities. Lake Tahoe is a year round destination and is best in my opinion during the spring & fall seasons. Skiing is great Sierra activity but there is also so much more to do all year long in Lake Tahoe
Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Island Park
We chose to buy this cabin because of the location which is just outside Tahoe Keys. Tahoe Keys is an on the water community with boat docks, tennis courts, walking trails, beaches, restaurants and more. We like that the lake is walking distance or a bike ride away. We feel safe in this neighborhood. We also believe that having neighbors who are full time residents is a plus for the neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The best benefit of our cabin is location, location and location. Walking distance to trail to lake, 5 min to casinos and skiing, walking distance to restaurant like Fresh Ketch & boat launch.
