See and hear the ocean from every room on the main floor of the house, including the Kitchen, Great room/Dining Room, Florida Room, Two of the four Bedrooms, and the 1000 sq. ft. terrace. The terrace wraps around the Fla. room; so it is about 20x20 on both sides of the Fla. room and 12x20 in front of it. You can find a shady spot most any time of the day to sit or the full sun is always available. The house has everything you need for an unforgettable, relaxing stay at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! We have tried to accommodate you with everything one would need to have a great time at the beach: beach chairs and towels, kid's beach toys, beach towels, games, books, a new entertainment unit with a flat screen TV(cable provided)plus three other TV's, stereo,and DVD. Enjoy free cable & WiFi all over the house. Don't forget to view the sunrise and sunset over the ocean!!!!Enjoy the ocean breezes and aqua water of the Atlantic, while relaxing on the comfortable terrace furniture and patio tables and chairs or enjoy a cookout with the grill. For your convenience there's and outdoor shower to wash off after swimming at the beach. Walk down the "sugar" white path to the beach and stop for a swing in the hammock strung between two palms by the ocean. Enjoy shopping or antiquing along Flagler Ave. Flagler Ave. is a quaint street lined with palm trees and brick sidewalks. There are plenty of "cottage" boutiques, art galleries, and great restaurants abound. You can charter a boat and go freshwater or deep sea fishing or take in a round of golf at the numerous golf courses within close proximity. Remember that Orlando is only 45 minutes away and Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, MGM Studios and all of the the Orlando theme parks are approximately an hour away. The hammock strung between 2 palms by the ocean is great & the sugar white private path to the beach is truly a Fla experience. The breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are incredible!!!

John and Susan truly LOVE "Beach Nuts", their oceanfront 4/4 house with a HUGE ocean terrace located right on the ocean with panoramic views of the aqua Atlantic. Susan is a Fla. native who enjoys attending to every detail to make a stay at the house memorable. Everyone from young to old enjoys all the extras that a stay here brings. They enjoy the private white path to the beach and the hammock strung between the two palms they pass on the way. John grew up in New England and spent his summers at The Chatham Bars Inn on the Cape; so he likes the temperate waters of the Atlantic. Have a beach blast and enjoy true Florida! You won't want to leave.

The house has great charm with the highlight being the panoramic views of the ocean from most rooms. You will spend your time on the grand terrace that overlooks the beach directly. The amenities are plentiful, with everthing so easily available for your use. Your only responsibility will be to have a wonderful Florida experience at this perfect beach location. We plan on returning and are anxious to share our special discovery with our closest friends.
Owner response:I love having renters tell me about their beach blast! When several families rent, they like the privacy the 4 bedrooms & 4 baths bring, as do four couples who want to relax. The terrace is really the highlight because of the view and the openess. Cookouts on the grill rule and the comfort of the wicker tables and chairs makes for a perfect end to a perfect beach day. Families like the quaintness of the house & "Frisky Flamingo" is a hit for family photos. Beach chairs, towels, games and many other extras highlight a "Beach Nuts" experience. I'm so glad Ted & Alina will be back!

Our two families thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Beach Nuts". We loved the panoramic views of the ocean inside plus the views from the spacious veranda. We had a great time cooking out, playing in the hammock strung between the two palm trees and relishing every minute at the beach!We really had a true Florida experience!!
