This single family home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is perfect for a family with children or two couples that simply want room to roam!

This is a comfortable home with new Cypress flooring upstairs, new stone fireplace and new appliances in the kitchen. This quiet location offers access to all than Elkhorn offers such as 2 pools, tennis and golf!

It is on the free bus route that will take you to the Sun Valley skating rink and retail center plus ski lifts. The bus stop is less than 1/4 block away. The paved walking trails are a block away.

You enter into this spacious home to a large gathering room with 20 foot vaulted ceilings plus a floor to ceiling fireplace. You can exit onto the large redwood deck that is surrounded by aspens and pines.


On the main floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own bathroom. In addition, there are 2 additional bedrooms that share the 2nd bathroom.

Downstairs is a recreation room plus another bedroom and bathroom.
Please note that the downstairs bedroom is not recommended for smaller children because the egress window is located higher up on the wall.

And as an added PLUS, it has a GARAGE to store bikes, recreational equipment and to keep that car warm!

SUMMER: This single family home is located in Sun Valley's Elkhorn Resort. Elkhorn Resort is THE place to be in the summer! The resort offers two separate recreational areas. Both areas offer Olympic sized pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. One of these areas is within walking distance and the other is within biking distance. The bike path that leads to the river and a scenic bike ride is also near by.

WINTER: Want to ski? It is an easy drive to Bald Mountain or Dollar Mountain. If you don't want to find parking, you can use the bus system- many savvy skiers take advantage of this simplified access to the mountain.
