Our bright and airy home is a 5 minute drive from the quaint main street and beautiful beaches of Venice, Florida.
It is a newer split plan that is very clean and tiled throughout. A screened lanai with a "doggie door", and heated pool. All rooms with the exception of one bedroom have sliding glass doors that open onto the furnished lanai/pool area. There is a large master suite with a walk-in closet, TV, armoire and desk.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is within walking distance to a park and restaurants. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing and fun vacation--right down to the beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys for the kids.

Why the Owner Chose Eastgate
We were looking for a newer home that was close to beaches and had a fenced yard and a pool. Since we have two Jack Russell Terriers, we needed a place where they could go outside and romp.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are close to everything! Very centrally located. We are in the city, but when we're sitting in our lanai by the pool, we are surrounded by nature and the tropical plants and flowers we have planted. We are very private in our own little Florida world.
