The living room is equipped with leather furniture, a 32-inch flat screen TV and stereo system with DVD capabilities. The kitchen has a granite countertop, breakfast bar dining for two and is fully equipped. The spacious, lighted balcony is perfect for coffee in the morning or cocktail hour at night! Other features include front door intercom, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, cultured marble vanity tops and shower surrounds.
