We have just returned, in September, from this gem. I look at several hundred or more vacation homes, condos, etc. for vacation; each time, trying to outdo the one before. But I must tell you, SAVE YOUR TIME!! THIS IS IT! I have finally found my new home. Bad for the owners, great for me! (ha!) It is like my own brand new feeling of paradise. I am all about the view. And WOW, does this place have a view! Lots and Lots of them!!!! Space, space, space...so very big and roomy inside and out! Dream balcony, great and comfortable clean beds, everything you need, including beach toys for the children. I have 2 children (boy, 8 and girl, 11). They are the type that need entertaining, never stayed at the beach, and somewhat picky. At the end of the week, they were disappointed to leave for Disney, as this was such a fun family experience. We did a local mini golf with a maze for a great price.(Sign up in the morning and you get next day included; also, unlimited golf and maze.) Pirate Cruise was fun and they were constantly giving kids little treasures. They take care of your kids on deck, the whole cruise. That was fun for me and Dad. The State Park nearby, was great for shell hunting. We will plan to make this a yearly trip to the condo, if at all possible. Also, you could not ask for more accommodating and kind owners. They are just PRECIOUS! My husband had never stayed on the bch and grew up on Long Isld. He said he fought me on the beach vacations, because he never knew beaches could look so beautiful with such clear water. Now he's totally hooked on our new beachfront condo in PCB. I hope some of my level of excited has spilled into this review, as I will never have to look for the perfect vacation home again...I FOUND IT!!!!

Family Time in Florida

Just got home from Florida . We all (10) had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. Lots of room for all of us with the gigantic deck that actually is like an extra family room with the blue ocean as the backdrop! The ocean was crystal clear and the sand snow white. It was perfect for our family time and I am so thankful we found this great condo. Thank you Mary and Wayne ( great people to work with too) Mary V, St.Louis

Girl's Trip 2011

My 4 girlfriends and I rented this condo for our annual girls weekend. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view was exceptional. The pictures are very accurate and Wayne and Mary were very easy to work with. We will rent this condo again next year!

Canadian Beach Bums

We just came back home to Canada from spending a two week vacation in Panama City Beach. Wow!! Amazing weather. Sunshine everyday with warm temperatures. The only day it rained was on the day we were leaving. Our accomodations beautiful. Right there on the ocean with beautiful veiws of the sunsets and the beach. The Walker's unit was well equipped, very clean and more than accomodating for a family of nine. We had 5 adults and 4 kids. The building was quiet. The balcony was spacious. Plenty of shopping/resturants and site attractions to visit near by. This was our third year visiting Pamana Beach, but this was our first time renting this condo in the Ocean Ritz and we ranked it number one. The pictures on vrbo for this unit is exactly as you see it. You not mislead in any way. I hope that those who are looking for accomodations choose the Walker's unit. You will not be disappointed. We will be back and when we do we will rent this condo again. Thanks to the Walkers our stay was very welcoming. Angela Casselman, Ontario Canada

The "Perfect" Vacation Place

We spent a week with our adult children and 2 grandchildren in the Walker's condo. All together there were 9 of us so the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths were perfect for us. We never felt crowded as all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully furnished but not to the point where you were afraid to sit back and relax after a long day on the beach. We practically lived on the LARGE patio at night where there was plenty of room and furniture for all of us to lounge around on at the same time. You will not meet a nicer couple than the Walker's to rent from. They genuinely want you to enjoy their condo as much as they do. I think I have finally found the "Perfect" place for our family to get together every year. Thanks so much Mary & Wayne!

We spent a week in June at the Walker's condo and it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of room for 3 families with children. The bunk room was fantastic. But the real winner was the balcony.... absolutely amazing! Mary and Wayne were wonderful to work with, and I am ready to go back again!

Just returned from a week of some serious R&R with my family (Kids & Grandkids). It was a perfect setting provided by the Walkers condo at the Ocean Ritz in Panama City Beach. From the beginning to the final stages of our trip the Walkers were very pleasant to deal with in often very challenging times. Our trip was planned prior to the BP Oil spill which lead to a lot of concerns on our part. The Walkers kept us updated constantly throughout this process which eased our minds quite a bit. The condo was exactly as advertised and fit our family perferctly. I believe you will not find another outdoor patio to match the size and set up of this unit in PCB. The majority of our condo activites centered around the patio area. Every room of this spacious 4 bedroom unit came with it's own private bathroom which is a nice feature. The location to other activities and services was also an added plus. It was very close to a major shopping center, Wonder Works, Pineapple Willy's, Angelos and so much more. We actually walked to most of the attractions. Not only would I recmmend this Condo to anyone looking for a 4 bedroom condo in PCB, we plan on booking it on future trips! We spent Spring Break at the Walker's condo this year. It is a wonderful property. It's ideal for a large group. We loved the large balcony. The dining room accomodated all of us, so it was great that everyone had a seat during mealtimes. The condo is conveniently located and easily accessible. I think you'll really enjoy staying at this property. I highly recommend it.

The Walker's condo is absolutely amazing! Nothing beats the gorgeous balcony and views!! Wayne and Mary were very easy to deal with and made everything go very smoothly. This was one of the best condos that we've stayed at. We hope to go back there next year! Thanks for allowing our group to spend Spring Break 2010 at your "home away from home."

My family stayed at the Ocean Ritz #1203 in June 2009. We LOVED it! We have been going to Panama City every summer for over 20 years and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The condo was decorated beautifully. It also had the nicest kitchen appliances and dishes. Usually condos are equipped with the cheapest stuff. Not this one. All of the pots, pans, dishes and appliances was the best of the best. And the kitchen was very well equipped. All of the TV's were flat panel HD tvs. There was one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. The rooms had two ocean front bedrooms with doors leading out to the balcony. Both of these rooms had king size beds that were very comfortable. One of the other bedrooms had a queen size bed and the other had two sets of bunk beds that could sleep 4. The balcony was the best part. It was HUGE. It was equipped with a dining table with chairs, a couch with two chairs and then two chase lounges. The view is spectacular. We will definitely be back to this condo next year. And the Walkers, who own the condo, are the nicest people. Great to work with. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making our vacation this year PERFECT!
