Picture yourself watching a glorious sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and listening to the sounds of the surf. Our west side 4 bedroom/4 bath gulf front condo has a huge 39 X 12 deck on the 12th floor. With over 1650 sq ft, it is ideal for multi-family vacations.

There are 2 gulf-front master bedrooms, each featuring a private entrance to the deck as well as custom black-out drapes for your comfort. The master bath has 2 sinks and a jetted tub. A third bedroom has a queen bed and a fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with tub/shower combinations. Our condo is luxuriously decorated in a contemporary style with many upgrades and original art.

Our unit is unique compared to other Ocean Ritz units. It has upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, large capacity refrigerator with ice maker, large, modern front-loading washer and dryer, and stranded bamboo flooring throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. We have added additional under-cabinet lighting, pendant lighting over the bar, Murano glass wall sconce, and contemporary fans throughout. The kitchen in well equipped with attention to detail. It features granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher and glass cook top/oven. The large 10 foot bar seats 4 spaciously and the dining table seats another 8. If you prefer to dine outdoors on the deck, the tiled table seat 6 to 8.

There are flat screen TV's and DVD players in each bedroom. The great room has a stereo/CD system along with a large 42 inch flat panel HDTV and is set up with surround sound system and i-Pod connection. There is also Wi-Fi and local phone service at no charge.

The outside deck is fully furnished for outdoor dining, lounging, and sitting. Imagine an afternoon nap on the chaises or sofa-Paradise! Ocean Ritz is a new (2007) resort complex with lots of amenities for a wonderful vacation! 2 BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA COME WITH UNIT!!

  • My family stayed at the Ocean Ritz #1203 in June 2009. We LOVED it! We have been going to Panama City every summer for over 20 years and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The condo was decorated beautifully. It also had the nicest kitchen appliances and dishes. Usually condos are equipped with the cheapest stuff. Not this one. All of the pots, pans, dishes and appliances was the best of the best. And the kitchen was very well equipped. All of the TV's were flat panel HD tvs. There was one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. The rooms had two ocean front bedrooms with doors leading out to the balcony. Both of these rooms had king size beds that were very comfortable. One of the other bedrooms had a queen size bed and the other had two sets of bunk beds that could sleep 4. The balcony was the best part. It was HUGE. It was equipped with a dining table with chairs, a couch with two chairs and then two chase lounges. The view is spectacular. We will definitely be back to this condo next year. And the Walkers, who own the condo, are the nicest people. Great to work with. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making our vacation this year PERFECT!

  • 06/13/09-06/20/09 This definitely was top on the list of our most favorite family vacations!! The Condo is gorgeous and while the pictures are beautiful they don't truly capture the beauty and spaciousness of your place. We had 9 people sleeping there but often there were 13 of us there for lunch and dinner; and we never felt crowded. From the patio view and furnishings.. to the decor, art work, and excellent communication, not a detail was left out! Thank you so much for making your place available and for the tips and brochures to help us plan the things to do while we were there. We will definitely be back!!!!

  • Incredible vacation! The condo was way beyond our expectations! Having FOUR bathrooms was SO nice! There were five of us in the condo, including my 81 year-old mom. She loved the privacy of her own room with the attached bathroom. Our 17 and 14 year-olds also loved their own rooms with the bathroom and more importantly flat screen TVs!! The HUGE deck was fabulous! I could have lived on the deck! It was an extremely relaxing and luxurious place to stay! We will definitely return! Thanks for a great time!

  • This condo is FABULOUS!! We truly enjoyed our stay here at the Ocean Ritz! The condo was very clean, well equipped and well decorated. The deck is HUGE, with very comforatble and elaborate furniture!! The view from the deck is just incredible! We have stayed in many upscale homes and condos traveling and this is without a doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! You will not be disappointed with this unit!!

  • This Condo is FABULOUS!! We truly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Ritz. This condo was wonderfully decorated, very clean and nicely equipped. We have stayed in many beautiful homes and condos traveling and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The deck was breathtaking and was without a doubt the most wonderful deck we had ever experienced. It is absolutely huge and the view is incredible!! The deck furnishings were very elaborate and comfortable. We look forward to returning to the Ocean Ritz. If you stay in this condo, you will not be disappointed!!
