The BEACH is incredibly close, by foot or by bike. Many families discover how much fun they have biking together! Restaurants and Shopping .. Oh and in case no one else has mentioned it.. Our beaches are White and Powdery! And the Gulf is the best swimming around!

I love to bike with my kids and it has less truck/delivery traffic in this area.. which means it is safer and more relaxing for all of us.. across the street is a cul de sac and this also affords more space for my family.. We enjoy sharing holidays or just hanging out on the upstairs balcony..
