Our goal is quite simple...To provide our guests with the finest service, care and comfort that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Our brand new villa is located on the fourth floor with elevator access , 16 foot vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful lake view from the balcony. Guests can watch the sunrise from the front of the villa, then relax while dining on the balcony as the sun sets over the lake.
Conveniently located off Route 17, our villa is home to the Myrtlewood Golf Course. There you can test your skills on the meticulously groomed Palmetto or Pine Hills courses. Minutes from our Villa, you can play at the Grand Dunes, Pine Lakes or River Oaks courses as well. Public beach access, Broadway at the Beach, The Hard Rock Café, Nascar Speed Park, and the Hard Rock Theme Park (May 08). Playing in the Cal Ripken tournaments? Our Villa has 2 bedrooms with a full bath attached to each. The master bedroom has a King-size bed that can be split into 2 large twins. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The sleeper sofa can be utilized to sleep two as well. The 2 bedrooms offer cable TV, while the living room provides Cable TV, Stereo and DVD player. TV also has accessory input for Playstation, Xbox, etc. WIFI IS ACCESSIBLE IN THE CONDO AND IS NOT SHARED. The Villa offers a fully equipped kitchen/dining room and washer/dryer.
The Villa accommodates 6. Primary occupant must be at least 25 years old. We ask that you refrain from smoking in the unit. Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted on the premises. There is an area in the front of the facility for these items. 24 hour security provided.

ONE CANNOT ADD ALL THE BENEFITS TO STAYING IN A CONDO THAT'S SUITED TO LIVE FULL TIME EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE RENTING FOR A SHORT PERIOD. WE COMPARE ALL THE OTHER HOTELS AND CONDOS WE'VE STAYED ON OTHER VACATION AND THERE'S JUST NO COMPARISON. THE MONEY WE'VE SAVED BY EATING IN FOR LUNCH AND DINNERS ADDS UP TO THOUSANDS. THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS WITH 2 SEPERATE BATHS, OVERLOOKING THE POOL, YET 3-5 MINUTES FROM THE OCEAN AND EVERYTHING YOU'LL WANT TO SEE IN MYRTLE BEACH. THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO STAY AND EVERYONE WHO STAYS SAYS THE SAME THING IN OUR GUEST BOOK.

First a big thank you to Steve for once again making our stay seamless! There are just not enough wonderful things to say about this unit. It is in the perfect location and totally spotless. The owner was in touch with us a few times during our stay just to make sure we were having a good time and that everything was ok with the unit. My family & I had another wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back again! Don't even look for another place this is where you want to stay.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this condo. First the owner was great to deal with. Very easy to reach and and gave great recommendations. The condo itself was immaculate! There is nothing you need when you arrive. It is fully furnished and has all the comforts of home. The view was spectacular. Accessibility to everywhere was great. Very centrally located yet still very quiet. The pool was great. Never too full or noisy. Also, the owner had all beach accessories on site ready to use which was awesome because we didn't have to lug our own stuff or purchase down there. Thank you Steve for everything and we can't wait to come back next year!!!

This condo is situated in a perfect spot in the condo community, top floor overlooking the pool below, VERY close to the shopping and restaurants, spotless inside, the owner is very easy to communicate with. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is comfortable, and the air conditioning is fantastic for those hot HUMID days of NMB. My husband was invited to join a golf trip with friends, but wanted us to go as a couple this year. So we found this condo and we contacted the owner. We arrived at the condo and it was great. We went out and ate at our favorite restaurant, Captain George's, and the condo was close by. The next day my husband was able to go golfing and I for the first time, went shopping at Broadway At The Beach in NMB, alone, and had a very easy time getting around town, with my trusty TomTom :) I would definitely recommend this condo as a favorite returning spot. We are not much for the small oceanfront condos and prefer the short drive to the beach if we want to go. The golf condos here are spacious, quiet, comfortable and this condo we had all that we needed. Thanks again Steve, for the fantastic long weekend, it was like a much deserved 2nd honeymoon and we will bookmark your condo for future visits :) Thanks, Hames Family, Calhoun, GA
