This unit has jacuzzi tubs in both bathrooms, granite countertops, beadboard ceiling with ceramic tile in the kichen. The owner also provides upgraded premium cable channels on all 3 tvs. The living room has a very plush wraparound couch including a brand new 42" widescreen television. The balcony furniture is so comfortable, you can gaze at the Atlantic Ocean for hours. It has seating for 6. The complex has a large oceanside pool, security gate and parking for 2 vehicles. We call this unit our "honeymoon suite." You will not be disappointed!

The island of Amelia, legendary for its dramatic history and the beauty of its natural setting, is the perfect place for you to vacation. This condo is just a short drive to downtown Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Landing and the Jaguars football stadium.
