A modest home on a beautiful, quiet spot. Windowed south side allows a view of the outdoors all seasons. 100 acres fields and woods. Fireview woodstove. The land and barn gives the feel of a farm and country.
Scenic drives all directions. Mt. McCumber, Taconic Crest Trails, Petersburg Pass, Snowhole; Pine Ridge XC ski area all within 5 miles. Berlin is centrally located to points of interest: Williamstown, Hoosick, Hancock (Jiminy Peak Ski Resort), New Lebanon are 15-20 miles away. Saratoga is 50 miles away, Bennington and Troy (Troy Music Hall) are 23-25 miles away and the Albany International Airport is 50 minutes away. Nearby colleges: RPI, SVC, Russel Sage, Williams, Bennington.
