The dining area with seating for four is located off the living room. The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with a bar area that has three bar stools. A separate laundry area with washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and lovely furnishings. Master bathroom has large shower, water closet, double vanity and two large closets. Second bathroom contains furnished linen closet and tub/shower combination with a vanity. Sliding glass door also leads to covered and screened lanai.
Den contains queen-size sleep sofa, large recliner, entertainment center with 32-inch TV/DVD player (with satellite TV).
The community club house is within walking distance and has a screened community pool, grill and other cooking/entertaining amenities.
Two phones, central air conditioning, two dish satellite TVs with remotes, ceiling fans. Smoking is not permitted.
