The condo was very nice, and everything was in order. You’re right about that showerhead! We only saw a few raisin-sized tar balls on the beach east of the property, and a few floating in the water, but not enough to keep anybody out of the water. The Summit building appeared to be about 2/3 full, but the parking lot at the Tides was never more than half full, same for the Beach Manor. Restaurants were not packed as usual. We called the Marina Café Friday at 4:00 and made reservations for four at 7:30 with no problem. Same with Café 30A a few days before. Traffic on 98 was lighter than normal this time of year too. Since I can’t stand crowds or traffic, it was a better than usual experience for me.

We had a great time during our stay at the summit. Your condo was furnished very elegant and we loved the beach. There were no signs of oil or tar balls. Everything was great.

Wonderful condo. Loved the view. The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. Had everything we needed. Will definitely plan to stay there again. Thanks for making our stay so magical!
