I was lucky enough to have known Jean Legoubey, the developer, for 18 years and when he told me he wanted to build The Cliff; my wife and I said "yes".
We remember making the decision to buy driving above Cannes in the South of France while on holiday; in the summer of 2003 - and we still mark that moment when we pass that point every year.
The Unique Benefits at this Beach front condominium
The Cliff is probably the most prestigious development in St Maarten and H6 overlooks the golf course, Mullet Bay, Caribbean and hills in the distance.
A million dollar view both day and night when you see the twinkling lights in the distance. Of course it has all the amenities one would expect from such a place.
The Princess Juliana International Airport is the island's gateway. It started as a military airstrip in 1942 and now is the third busiest airport in the Eastern Caribbean.
French at heart, but cosmopolitan Caribbean in style. Enjoy a wide variety of shops from Cartier to Max Mara to Vilebrequin for men and boys swimwear.
A 25-30 min drive from Cupecoy, Philipsburg is the place for duty free shopping, with more than 100 stores on the narrow stretch of land.
Secluded Plum Bay, or Baie aux Prunes in French, is a beautiful and most peaceful and romantic beach, normally with very few people on it.
Baie Rouge is a short ride from The Cliff and you'll love sinking into its beautiful white sandy beach. The water is calm and crystal clear with great snorkelling nearby.
Walk through a lush tropical rain forest amidst flowers and trees, ponds and a trickling waterfall with butterflies flying overhead and all around you.

According to friends my wife and I are always on holiday (vacation), not true, but we do like staying in houses rather than hotels and made our place in St Maarten eclectic and interesting; how we would expect to find a house we would want to rent. We are forever tinkering with it, just like the Victorians, and H6 is a constantly changing pallet.
We take a personal interest in all of our guests vacations (holidays) with us as we know you have a choice of places to stay - the CEOs of Continental and Virgin airlines are always thanking me by video and mentioning that point, Air France on the other hand does not. Over the years to come we hope that some of you will return once again (or be like my in-laws who have returned to the same villa for 24-years – now that's loyalty).

We had a wonderful time which felt like it ended too soon. Thank you for allowing us to use your car. It was perfect for our needs and we took good care of it. Winston cleaned it and we filled the tank, so it's ready to use once again. We are going to recommend your apartment to several of our friends who also enjoy St. Maarten as much as we do.
