This is a lovely two bedroom apartment with a studio at the bottom of the garden! Right in the heart of Cannes, it is a very rare to have a lovely garden. The apartment has just been refurbished this year 2007, and has been made very light and spacious.
The living room has an open plan kitchen and goes straight out onto the little terrace, which leads out into the little garden. There is a comfortable sitting area (which is also a convertible sofa bed for unexpected guests!) and a dining table for six people.
At the bottom of this is a little self-contained studio with a room with a double sofa bed, and a shower room.
The bedrooms, which are both air-conditioned, have a double bed in one and two single beds in the other, and share a bathroom.
This apartment is ideal for both congresses and holiday rentals as it is so central, only a 10 min walk from the Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals. |
