This cozy 40m² 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor of a hotel complex in the Rue de Bône which is just behind the famous Carlton Hotel and within one minute walking distance of the famous shopping street Rue d’Antibes with its boutiques, cafés, restaurants etc...
It sleeps 2-4 people (2 single beds, convertible to one king-size bed (on request) in the bed room plus a double sofa bed in the sitting room) and is therefore ideal for a couple, a small family or 2 business partners.
The sitting and the bedroom are South facing with a full glass front leading onto the large balcony. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, very functional, bright and well furnished with a dining table, sofa, TV unit in the main room. The large en-suite balcony is equipped with 2 deck chairs and a small side table, very quiet and therefore ideal for an undisturbed French breakfast or dinner.
This cozy place has been decorated in very light Southern colors. The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom and the air conditioning throughout make it a very pleasant place to stay. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway. |
